{"id":11141,"date":"2014-12-22T18:00:00","date_gmt":"2014-12-22T16:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gacetaeronautica.com\/gaceta\/wp-101\/?p=11141"},"modified":"2021-01-15T09:22:18","modified_gmt":"2021-01-15T08:22:18","slug":"la-confianza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gacetaeronautica.com\/gaceta\/wp-101\/la-confianza\/","title":{"rendered":"La confianza"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.gacetaeronautica.com\/gaceta\/wp-101\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/confidence1.jpg?w=1140\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Cuando vi este aviso de ferrocarriles ingleses que operaron en la Argentina, publicado en <em>La Prensa<\/em> del 25 de enero de 1940 (hace casi 75 a\u00f1os), sent\u00ed una extra\u00f1a sensaci\u00f3n, porque inmediatamente pens\u00e9 que ninguna empresa aerocomercial argentina se atrever\u00eda hoy a hacer una apelaci\u00f3n semejante.<\/p>\n<p>Los ferrocarriles dec\u00edan con una sonrisa \u201cconf\u00edenos su equipaje\u201d, y agregaban que se podr\u00eda transportar todo el equipaje que se quisiera. Las empresas garantizaban que ese equipaje llegar\u00eda en tiempo y forma.<\/p>\n<p>Esto se lograba con un sistema ferroviario muy parecido al aeron\u00e1utico. En las estaciones hab\u00eda un lugar donde se entregaban las valijas \u2014que en aquella \u00e9poca eran m\u00e1s parecidas a ba\u00fales\u2014, el pasajero recib\u00eda un recibo, y a partir de all\u00ed el transportista se encargaba de todo. Los bultos eran llevados al furg\u00f3n del tren, de donde eran descargados en la estaci\u00f3n de destino, y el pasajero los retiraba en una oficina especial con el recibo. Todo era bastante r\u00e1pido, y el personal de la empresa ferroviaria se encargaba de la operaci\u00f3n en su totalidad. Adicionalmente, los trenes ten\u00edan capacidad para albergar todo el equipaje<\/p>\n<p>Hoy con un procedimiento muy parecido, los pasajeros a\u00e9reos entregan sus equipajes con temor, y no est\u00e1n tranquilos hasta que no abren sus maletas en destino y comprueban que no falta nada. Es cierto que en la inmensa mayor\u00eda de los casos no hay sobresaltos, pero la tasa de agresiones al equipaje, maltratos, roturas, robos es elevada, y con demasiada frecuencia los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n informan sobre bandas bien estructuradas que abren valijas en los aeropuertos. El tema tiene trascendencia internacional, y ha llegado a los m\u00e1s altos estrados de la IATA (ver <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.lanacion.com.ar\/en-el-aire\/aeropuertos\/demasiadas-valijas-plastificas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Demasiadas valijas plastificadas<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Adicionalmente, muchas veces los aviones no tienen capacidad para transportar todo el equipaje, o porque llevan otra cosa o porque las limitaciones de los aeropuertos impiden despegar con carga m\u00e1xima.<\/p>\n<p>Una diferencia importante entre los trenes de entonces y los aviones de hoy es que aqu\u00e9llos prestaban todo el servicio, sin tercerizar nada, mientras que ahora una valija desde que sale hasta que llega es manipulada por diversas empresas que la tratan seg\u00fan distintos convenios colectivos de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>Es un tema a analizar, pero esta realidad no la podemos atribuir a un trabajador tercerizado m\u00e1s o menos, hay una involuci\u00f3n que no se puede ocultar.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Antiguamente los ferrocarriles dec\u00edan con una sonrisa \u201cconf\u00edenos su equipaje\u201d.
