Agust\u00edn Rossi, en compa\u00f1\u00eda del Secretario de Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda y Producci\u00f3n, Lic. Santiago Rodr\u00edguez, el embajador de la Federaci\u00f3n Rusa en Argentina, Victor V. Koronelli, autoridades del Estado Mayor Conjunto de las FFAA, de la Armada Argentina e invitados especiales recorrieron el buque polar \u00abMV Vasily Golovnin\u00bb a fin de supervisar los trabajos de alistamiento y carga de suministros que se estaban desarrollando en la D\u00e1rsena \u00abE\u00bb del Puerto de Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n<p>En dicho lugar, haciendo uso de las gr\u00faas del buque, se proced\u00eda a subir a bordo carga general, carga refrigerada, alrededor de 1.000 tubos de gases varios, materiales de construcci\u00f3n, medios de transporte espec\u00edficos para operar en la Ant\u00e1rtida (sexticiclos, motos de nieve, veh\u00edculos Muskeg, m\u00e1quinas viales y botes Zodiac) adem\u00e1s de diversos equipos como ser cisternas, generadores, motores y\u00a0 m\u00e1quinas mezcladoras, entre otros. Previamente, el buque rompehielos de la clase \u201cVitus Bering\u201d y alquilado por el Ministerio de Defensa a la empresa FESCO, ante el siniestro y trabajos de reparaci\u00f3n del ARA \u00abAlmirante Irizar\u00bb (Q-5) hab\u00eda cargado m\u00e1s de 5.200 tambores de combustible en la localidad de La Plata, Provincia de Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n<p>Todo este material servir\u00e1 para abastecer a las bases ant\u00e1rticas argentinas durante la mencionada Campa\u00f1a, lo que realizar\u00e1 empleando dos lanchones de desembarco, con capacidad de carga de cuatro y veinte toneladas respectivamente, adem\u00e1s de dos helic\u00f3pteros Kamov Ka-32S (en cir\u00edlico Ka-32C) hangarados a bordo. Para esta tarea, tambi\u00e9n se cuenta con el apoyo de los siguientes medios nacionales: el buque de transporte ARA \u201cCanal Beagle\u201d (B-3), el aviso ARA \u201cSuboficial Castillo\u201d (A-6), aeronaves C-130H Hercules, DHC-6 Twin Otter, un helic\u00f3ptero MI-171E (H-95) y un Bell 212IFR (H-89) pertenecientes a la Fuerza A\u00e9rea Argentina. La misma, hab\u00eda sido trasladada a la mencionada base a bordo de un Bell 412EP de la FACH el d\u00eda 5 de diciembre de 2014, siendo internada all\u00ed por 24 horas para estabilizarla. Aterrizado el Hercules en el continente blanco, llega un nuevo pedido de traslado, en este caso del se\u00f1or Ramdin Mayur, un pasajero del Crucero de bandera francesa \u00abLe Boreal\u00bb atracado en las cercan\u00edas de la misma, por lo que se procedi\u00f3 a evacuar a ambos pacientes al continente, arribando la aeronave a la BAM Rio Gallegos de manera exitosa horas despu\u00e9s. Iniciado el 2015, los Hercules ser\u00edan protagonistas de otro vuelo sanitario, en este caso, el d\u00eda 12 de enero, se producir\u00eda el traslado con \u00e9xito al continente de un Sargento Ayudante del Ej\u00e9rcito Argentino miembro de la dotaci\u00f3n anual que prestaba servicios en la Base Carlini, afectado por una trombosis venosa. El movimiento de aeronaves para la CAV, no cesar\u00eda, ya que el d\u00eda 14 de enero, el Ilyushin Il-76TD matricula UP-17601 de la empresa ucraniana Air Almaty trasladaba desde el Aeropuerto Internacional \u00abMalvinas Argentinas\u00bb de Ushuaia (USH\/SAWH) hacia la Ant\u00e1rtida, suministros y personal de relevo de la Base Belgrano II. La aeronave, aterriz\u00f3 en la pista de la Estaci\u00f3n Polar Cient\u00edfica Conjunta chilena \u201cGlaciar Uni\u00f3n\u201d y el personal finalmente alcanz\u00f3 su base de destino a bordo del Basler BT-67 (DC-3C) C-GVKB de la empresa Kenn Borek Air Ltd.<\/p>\n<h2>Los Kamov en el MV \u00abVasily Golovnin\u00bb<\/h2>\n<p>El buque, a popa cuenta con plataforma de vuelo y hangar, que le permite alojar un m\u00e1ximo de dos helic\u00f3pteros trincados en el reducido alojamiento disponible.<\/p>\n<p>En este caso, para participar de las tareas encomendadas, en la nave se encontraban hangarados dos Kamov Ka-32S (C\u00f3digo OTAN \u00abHelix C\u00bb) matriculados RA-31574 (C\/n 6223) y RA-31594 (C\/n 8713) ambas manufacturadas en 1991 en la planta de Kamov, en la denominada Kumertau Aviation Production Enterprise (KumAPE), al sur de Rusia. Ambas aeronaves son propiedad de la empresa Avialift Vladivostok.<\/p>\n<p>La variante civil Ka-32S (S= por \u00abSudovoi\u00bb -embarcado-), constituye un derivado del modelo Ka-27PS \u00abHelix D\u00bb, versi\u00f3n militar embarcada para misiones SAR. En este caso la \u00abSudovoi\u00bb fue pensada originalmente para operar desde rompehielos, realizando tareas de relevamiento de hielos y gu\u00eda de buques a trav\u00e9s de ellos, carga descarga (a un ritmo de 30 Toneladas\/h), traslado de suministros, tareas SAR y apoyo a plataformas petrol\u00edferas \u00aboff shore\u00bb. De igual modo, hereda del Ka-27PS el resto de los equipos de navegaci\u00f3n e IFF. Cuenta con doble HSI, Doppler Hover Indicator (DHI), radioalt\u00edmetro y ADC (Air Data Computer). El sistema de piloto autom\u00e1tico de tres ejes, asociado al director de vuelo electromec\u00e1nico le permite realizar aproximaciones autom\u00e1ticas o permanecer en estacionario a una altura de 25 metros sobre la zona de aterrizaje. En el caso de las dos aeronaves observadas, el agregado de equipos GPS de la firma Garmin, m\u00e1s un transponder Bendix KT-76C completaban la suite de avi\u00f3nica presente en ellos.<\/p>\n<p>Siendo la variante inaugural de la familia civil Ka-32, el primer ejemplar vol\u00f3 por primera vez a los mandos de Evgeny Laryushin el 8 de octubre de 1980 con el registro SSSR-04173. Su presentaci\u00f3n y debut internacional ocurri\u00f3 en 1985 en el Paris Air Show, entrando en producci\u00f3n en ese mismo a\u00f1o y entreg\u00e1ndose los primeros ejemplares en 1988.<\/p>\n<p>Estructuralmente, su fuselaje semi monocoque, est\u00e1 construido haciendo uso principalmente de titanio y materiales compuestos, esto \u00faltimo emple\u00e1ndose mayormente en la zona del botal\u00f3n de cola, ofreciendo una mayor resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n debido a su rol y entorno de operacional. En su interior, la tripulaci\u00f3n consta de piloto, copiloto\/navegador dispuestos lado a lado en una cabina equipada con aire acondicionado. Detr\u00e1s de este, un tercer asiento aloja un observador\/auxiliar de carga\/operador de gr\u00faa. Piloto y copiloto disponen de excelente visibilidad lateral en ambas ventanillas del tipo \u00abblister\u00bb deslizables hacia atr\u00e1s y lanzables en caso de emergencia. En la cabina principal, equipada con calefacci\u00f3n, pueden transportarse hasta 16 personas en asientos plegables, o instalar camillas para evacuaci\u00f3n sanitaria. El portal\u00f3n deslizable se encuentra ubicado en la parte trasera izquierda, detr\u00e1s del tren de aterrizaje principal, donde puede instalarse una gr\u00faa del tipo SLG-300 de 300 kg de capacidad. En igual ubicaci\u00f3n pero del lado opuesto, se halla la salida de emergencia principal. Haciendo uso del sistema de carga externa mediante eslinga, la aeronave tiene una capacidad de 4.5Tn., mientras que internamente la capacidad total es de 3500 kg. A ambos lados del fuselaje, se cuenta con un sistema de flotaci\u00f3n de emergencia del tipo \u00abballonets\u00bb que se activa autom\u00e1ticamente al contacto con el agua en caso de amerizaje.<\/p>\n<p>El tren de aterrizaje fijo se compone de un sistema de cuatro ruedas con amortiguadores oleoneum\u00e1ticos, siendo las ruedas de nariz m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as (400 mm x 150mm) que las principales (600 x 180 mm).<\/p>\n<p>El plano de cola, en forma de \u00abH\u00bb, es de incidencia fija y se compone de sendos elevadores y dos aletas de cola con sus correspondientes timones, en \u00e1ngulo de 25\u00aa hacia dentro. Estas \u00faltimas, poseen slats fijos en su borde de ataque. Todo este conjunto es de estructura de aluminio, recubierta por una piel de material compuesto.<\/p>\n<p>El sistema de rotor principal es coaxial con freno, fabricado en una proporci\u00f3n de 50-50 de titanio y acero. Se compone de dos unidades contrarrotativas articuladas de tres palas cada una de 15.9 metros de di\u00e1metro, plegables manualmente para ahorrar espacio en cubierta. Est\u00e1n fabricadas integralmente en materiales compuestos, con largueros de fibra de vidrio, fibra de carbono y compuestas en su interior de kevlar y n\u00f3mex. Esto le da a la aeronave una apariencia compacta pero alta, y dicha configuraci\u00f3n le otorga excepcionales caracter\u00edsticas de vuelo, permitiendo la operaci\u00f3n en espacios confinados, gran estabilidad en vuelo estacionario, adem\u00e1s de operar en condiciones con viento de frente hasta de 30 nudos y cruzados de hasta 19.5 nudos.
