La cosm\u00e9tica es una de ellas, y su especialidad es se\u00f1alar defectos f\u00edsicos, reales o ficticios, imperfecciones imperceptibles de los cuerpos normales y cosas por el estilo.<\/p>\n<p>Quien supere todos estos escollos tendr\u00e1 un premio \u00fanico, la capacidad de seducir a los hombres y las mujeres m\u00e1s extraordinarios. En cambio, el castigo para quien no cumpla con las reglas ser\u00e1 terrible: la desaprobaci\u00f3n de quienes deber\u00edan quedar embelesados.<\/p>\n<p>Este aviso del fijador Lord Cheseline, publicado en la revista para empresarios <em>Primera Plana<\/em> el 18 de noviembre de 1965, tiene un texto apasionante, en el que se destacan todas las caracter\u00edsticas de la publicidad de cosm\u00e9ticos: \u201cpueden sorprenderlo desprevenido con el cabello despeinado o con \u2026polvillo sobre su hombro\u2026\u201d.
