height: 757px;\" \/> <\/a> <div class=\"tiled-gallery-caption\" itemprop=\"caption description\"> SH-60J 8272 (foto: Mauricio Chiofalo) <\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <!-- close group --> <\/div> <!-- close row --> <\/div>\n<p>Con motivo de la realizaci\u00f3n del crucero de entrenamiento de ultramar 2015, que tiene como objetivo la formaci\u00f3n de oficiales en entrenamiento y fortalecimiento de lazos de amistad, el pasado domingo 16 de Agosto de 2015 hizo su arribo al puerto de Buenos Aires la Escuadra de Entrenamiento de la Fuerza Mar\u00edtima de Autodefensa del Jap\u00f3n (JMSDF por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s), compuesta por los buques \u201cKashima\u201d (TV3508), \u201cShimayuki\u201d (TV3513) y \u201cYamagiri\u201d (DD152). El n\u00famero total de integrantes embarcados en ellos es de aproximadamente 710 personas, y el Comandante de esta Escuadra es el Contralmirante Yasuki Nakahata.<\/p>\n<p>Esta traves\u00eda tuvo inicio con la zarpada de Jap\u00f3n el 21 de mayo pasado, y tiene una duraci\u00f3n de 160 d\u00edas, previ\u00e9ndose una distancia a navegar de aproximadamente 54.600 Kil\u00f3metros para visitar 12 pa\u00edses tocando 16 puertos. Hasta ese momento ya se hab\u00edan cumplido las escalas en Estados Unidos, Guatemala, Honduras, Colombia, Rep\u00fablica Dominicana, Brasil y Uruguay, y continuaban, despu\u00e9s de cruzar el estrecho de Magallanes, visitando Valpara\u00edso, Chile, entre 31 de agosto y el 3 de septiembre, del 9 al 12 recalar\u00edan en Callao, Per\u00fa, del 19 al 22 de lo har\u00edan en Corinto, Nicaragua, del 27 al 30 en Manzanillo M\u00e9xico, para luego desplazarse a Hilo, Estados Unidos, donde permanecer\u00edan entre el 10 y 13 de octubre, estando planificado arribar a Tokio el 27 de octubre.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de la importante comunidad japonesa residente en nuestro pa\u00eds, la relaci\u00f3n entre ambas naciones tiene un punto importante a inicios del siglo pasado cuando nuestro gobierno cedi\u00f3 los cruceros \u201cMoreno\u201d y \u201cRivadavia\u201d a Jap\u00f3n, donde fueron rebautizados como \u201cNisshin\u201d y \u201cKasuga\u201d, a fin de reforzar su flota frente al poder\u00edo de la Armada de la Rusia zarista, siendo empleadas en la batalla de Port Arthur, en 1904 donde Jap\u00f3n obtuvo la victoria.<\/p>\n<h2>La visita a Argentina<\/h2>\n<p>El arribo de la Escuadra tuvo lugar el domingo 16 de agosto a las 9:00 hs. luego embarc\u00f3 a bordo del \u201cKashima\u201d una comisi\u00f3n de la Armada Argentina (ARA) encabezada por el Director General de Inteligencia, Comodoro de la Marina VGM Esteban Jos\u00e9 Zembo.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente tuvo lugar una ceremonia de bienvenida que comenz\u00f3 con los acordes de los Himnos Nacionales de Argentina y Jap\u00f3n, interpretados por la Banda de M\u00fasica de la ARA, luego el Embajador de Jap\u00f3n en Argentina, Noriteru Fukushima, pronunci\u00f3 unas palabras de bienvenida. Seguidamente hizo uso de la palabra el Presidente de Asociaciones Nikkei en la Argentina, Akira Ikegaki. La ceremonia continu\u00f3 con dos ni\u00f1os en representaci\u00f3n del alumnado del Instituto Privado Argentino Japon\u00e9s que obsequiaron un ramo de flores al Comandante Yasuki Nakahata, y en su persona, a toda la tripulaci\u00f3n de la Escuadra. Finalmente el Contralmirante Nakahata pronunci\u00f3 palabras de agradecimiento.<\/p>\n<p>A las 11:00 hs se realiz\u00f3 la guardia de honor, en la cubierta de vuelo del \u201cKashima\u201d con la presencia del Director General de Inteligencia de la ARA y el Contralmirante Nakahata. Posteriormente los all\u00ed presentes pudieron visitar al \u201cYamagiri\u201d. Una hora m\u00e1s tarde se produjo la entrega de una ofrenda floral en el monumento al General San Mart\u00edn, en plaza hom\u00f3nima, del porte\u00f1o barrio de Retiro.<\/p>\n<p>El martes 18, en horas de la ma\u00f1ana se recibi\u00f3 una visita de cortes\u00eda de la ARA, para luego efectuar la entrega de una ofrenda floral en honor al Almirante Brown. La agenda continu\u00f3 con una conferencia del Comandante de la Fuerza de Autodefensa y una visita a la Escuela Naval Militar. M\u00e1s tarde tuvo lugar un almuerzo en el Colegio Nichiagakuin, un intercambio deportivo de f\u00fatbol, cerrando el d\u00eda con una visita de cortes\u00eda del Gobierno de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n<p>El mi\u00e9rcoles 19 tuvo lugar una despedida de autoridades de la ARA, tras lo que se procedi\u00f3 a zarpar del puerto a las 9:00 Hs.<\/p>\n<h2>SH-60J<\/h2>\n<p>A bordo de la cubierta de vuelo del \u201cYamagiri\u201d se encontraba expuesto el Mitsubishi SH-60J 8272, perteneciente al 21 Kokutai (Escuadr\u00f3n), \u201cBlack Jack Flight\u201d, este depende del 21 Kokugun y a su vez se divide en dos sub unidades, el 211 y 212 Hikotai, el primero opera el m\u00e1s moderno SH-60K, mientras que el segundo lo hace con SH-60J. El 21 Kokutai tiene su base de asiento en Tateyama K\u014dk\u016bkichi (Base A\u00e9rea), ubicada en la Prefectura de Chiva.<\/p>\n<p>Junto a este helic\u00f3ptero se encontraban sus tripulantes, varios de ellos veteranos de la fuerza multinacional contra la pirater\u00eda DSPE (Deployment Surface Force for Counter Piracy Enforcement). <em>Gaceta Aeron\u00e1utica<\/em> fue uno de los pocos medios especializados acreditados que pudo acceder en forma exclusiva a visitar esta m\u00e1quina y entrevisto al Comandante Miyamoto quien con m\u00e1s de 3.000 horas de vuelo esta a cargo de esta aeronave.<\/p>\n<p>En el \u201cYamagiri\u201d se encuentran embarcadas dos tripulaciones, que est\u00e1n compuestas por piloto y copiloto y los dos operadores de sistema que vuelan en la cabina de carga. height: 282px;\" \/> <\/a> <div class=\"tiled-gallery-caption\" itemprop=\"caption description\"> Emblema del Deployment Surface Force for Counter Piracy Enforcement (foto: Esteban Brea) <\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <!-- close group --> <\/div> <!-- close row --> <\/div>\n<p>El tiempo desde que abandona el hangar hasta la puesta en marcha es de alrededor de 20 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Generalmente la Escuadra embarca entre uno y dos helic\u00f3pteros, en esta ocasi\u00f3n es solo uno, esto var\u00eda dependiendo el objetivo de la misi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el trayecto han realizado algunos ejercicios, en Brasil hicieron vuelo fotogr\u00e1fico con los tres buques de la JMSDF y uno brasile\u00f1o, tambi\u00e9n esta programado realizar ejercicios con Chile y Per\u00fa, no as\u00ed con la ARA.<\/p>\n<h3>Desarrollo<\/h3>\n<p>El Mitsubishi SH-60J Seahawk nace ante la necesidad de reemplazo de los HSS-2B Sea King de la JMSDF, la designaci\u00f3n de Sikorsky fue S-70B-3 siendo esta similar a la versi\u00f3n SH-60B. Este desarrollo fue contemplado en el presupuesto del a\u00f1o fiscal 1983. A diferencia a su hom\u00f3logo americano este incorpora diversos equipamientos, electr\u00f3nica y avi\u00f3nica desarrollados en Jap\u00f3n. La integraci\u00f3n del mismo estuvo a cargo del Technical Research and Development Institute (TRDI) del Japan Defense Agency (JDA). El proceso, contemplado en un contrato de 27 Millones de D\u00f3lares, comenz\u00f3 con la recepci\u00f3n de dos c\u00e9lulas, provistas por Sikorsky, a la planta de Mitsubishi en Nagoya que fueron denominados XSH-60J. El primer ejemplar (8201), realiz\u00f3 su primer vuelo el 31 de agosto de 1987, el programa de pruebas estuvo a cargo del 51st Air Development Squadron de la JMSDF basado en Atsugi, lo que concluy\u00f3 a inicios de 1991. El primer SH-60J de serie (8203) vol\u00f3 por primera vez el 10 de mayo de 1991, y fue entregado el 26 de agosto.<\/p>\n<p>Hasta el a\u00f1o 2002 se hab\u00edan entregado 103 ejemplares, actualmente las unidades con SH-60 son cinco, el 21 Kokutai, en Tateyama, el 22 Kokutai en Omura, el 23 Kokutai en Manazuru, el 24 Kokutai en Komatsushima y el 25 Kokutai en Ominado.<\/p>\n<p>A partir de 1995 se inici\u00f3 el desarrollo de una versi\u00f3n mejorada denominada SH-60K. Todo esto est\u00e1 cubierto con capa de fibra de vidrio y epoxi. Un contrapeso de fibra de vidrio se ubica en el borde de ataque, este \u00faltimo est\u00e1 protegido por una placa de titanio mientras que la puntera de la pala es de Kevlar. Las palas del rotor principal se pliegan mediante el uso de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica.<\/p>\n<p>Las palas pueden resistir da\u00f1os de munici\u00f3n de hasta 23 mm. y est\u00e1n presurizadas y equipadas con medidores que proveen una confirmaci\u00f3n de la integridad estructural a prueba de falla de las mismas. Los\u00a0bordes de ataque de las palas, de ambos rotores, est\u00e1n calefaccionados el\u00e9ctricamente.<\/p>\n<p>Estas palas van unidas a un cubo de rotor confeccionado en una sola pieza de aluminio forjado con cojinetes elastom\u00e9tricos que no requieren lubricaci\u00f3n, reduciendo as\u00ed un 60 % del mantenimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Este es accionado por dos turboejes Ishikawajima-Harima T700-IHI-401C, construidos bajo licencia de General Electric. Este tambi\u00e9n acciona una transmisi\u00f3n convencional de construcci\u00f3n modular facilitando as\u00ed su mantenimiento. La misma puede seguir funcionando por 30 minutos ante una p\u00e9rdida total de aceite. La transmisi\u00f3n acciona un rotor de cola que est\u00e1 montado con una inclinaci\u00f3n de 20\u00b0 en la parte superior derecha del estabilizador vertical de cola. Este es cuatripala confeccionado con materiales compuestos y sin cojinetes de cabeza.<\/p>\n<p>El fuselaje es de construcci\u00f3n convencional semimonocoque de aleaciones livianas y esta dise\u00f1ado para conservar el 85 % de la cabina en caso de un choque vertical desde una altura de 11,5 metros, un choque lateral a 9,1 metros y un choque longitudinal a 12,2 metros. Tambi\u00e9n puede resistir una fuerza combinada de 20 G por delante y 10 G hacia abajo. Los pisos est\u00e1n confeccionados con fibra de vidrio y kevlar. Las puertas, carenados y carenados de motor son de materiales compuestos.<\/p>\n<p>La unidad de cola, cuenta con una aleta vertical, en su extremo superior derecho se encentra el rotor de cola. Para ser guardado este se pliega sobre el lado izquierdo del botal\u00f3n mientras que la aleta horizontal se pliega hacia arriba. Esta \u00faltima posee una incidencia variable y es accionada por un sistema de control que mide la velocidad, la posici\u00f3n de palanca del paso colectivo, el r\u00e9gimen de actitud de cabeceo y la aceleraci\u00f3n lateral. Esta se ajusta en una incidencia de alrededor de 34\u00b0 positivos en estacionario y -6\u00b0 en autorotaci\u00f3n. Su movimiento se efect\u00faa mediante actuadores el\u00e9ctricos duales, que poseen un back up manual.<\/p>\n<p>El tren de aterrizaje es fijo no retraible. El principal se encuentra situado a cada lado del fuselaje con una sola rueda de tama\u00f1o 26 x 10,00-11, sus patas cuentan con amortiguadores de la firma General Mechatronics. El frenado se realiza mediante un sistema de discos.<\/p>\n<p>La pata del tren trasero se encuentra ubicada en la parte inferior del fuselaje, tambi\u00e9n posee de un amortiguador y dispone de dos ruedas de 17-5 x 6.00-6.<\/p>\n<p>El sistema de combustible consta de dos c\u00e9lulas autosellantes con una capacidad usable combinada de 1.361 Litros. Estos ingresan a sus puestos a trav\u00e9s de puertas laterales delanteras que en caso de emergencia pueden ser expulsables. Esta versi\u00f3n dispone de comandos duales. El parabrisas est\u00e1 calefaccionado el\u00e9ctricamente, y detr\u00e1s de \u00e9l se encuentra un panel de instrumentos que cuenta con avi\u00f3nica fabricada en Jap\u00f3n. El instrumental es mayormente anal\u00f3gico, y est\u00e1 compuesto por alt\u00edmetro, veloc\u00edmetro, vari\u00f3metro, hor\u00f3metro, HSI (Horizontal Situation Indicador). Mientras que los instrumentos de motor son digitales, tambi\u00e9n cuenta con dos peque\u00f1os MFD (Multi Function Display) y una pantalla ubicada en la parte central del tablero que seguramente tiene como cometido representar la situaci\u00f3n t\u00e1ctica obtenida por los distintos sensores. Entre ambos pilotos se encuentra el pedestal que dispone de diversos paneles de control de los equipos de radio y sistemas. En la parte superior de la cabina de ubica un overhead panel con los paneles de control de los Buses, generadores, sistema antihielo, iluminaci\u00f3n, gancho de carga, etc. En su parte trasera se encuentran los circuit brakers, mientras que de su lateral derecho sobresale la palanca de freno del rotor.<\/p>\n<p>Otros elementos de manufactura japonesa son un AHRS (Attitude Heading Reference System) con gir\u00f3scopos l\u00e1ser, un data link y sistemas de procesamiento de datos t\u00e1cticos, de gesti\u00f3n y de vuelo autom\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n<p>La cabina de carga convencional cuenta con una capacidad para 14 personas, pero la misma se ha visto reducida para dar lugar al sonar calable N-TR-37\/HQS-103 situado contra la mampara trasera, a la izquierda de este se encuentra una peque\u00f1a butaca, mientras que en el lateral opuesto encontramos otras dos, una de ellas para el operador de la estaci\u00f3n que concentra el equipamiento de misi\u00f3n. Este dispone de una burbuja para tareas de exploraci\u00f3n que en caso de emergencia puede ser expulsada para un r\u00e1pido abandono de la cabina de carga. En el extremo opuesto del fuselaje se encuentra el portal\u00f3n corredizo, que tambi\u00e9n es expulsable. En la parte interior, por delante del borde frontal del portal\u00f3n se encuentran los comandos de la gr\u00faa de rescate de la firma Shinko Electric Ltd. Situada externamente por encima del portal\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En la parte inferior del fuselaje cuenta con un gancho para tareas de carga externa que permite el traslado de hasta 3.630 Kg. de carga, este se complementa con dos espejos retrovisores situados a cada lado del fuselaje. Adem\u00e1s puede ser empleado con el sistema RAST (Recovery Assist, Secure and Traverse).<\/p>\n<p>El sistema el\u00e9ctrico est\u00e1 compuesto por APU T-62T-40-1 de 90 HP, generadores de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica de 30\/40 kVA y 20\/30 kVA y una bater\u00eda de Niquel Cadmio de 17 Ampere\/Hora.<\/p>\n<p>En lo que respecta a los sensores, uno de los principales es el radar de b\u00fasqueda HPS-104 de fabricaci\u00f3n japonesa que se encuentra ubicado en la parte inferior delantera del fuselaje. El sistema ESM (Electronic Support Measures) HLR-108C, tambi\u00e9n de fabricaci\u00f3n japonesa, cubre los 360\u00b0 gracias a sus antenas ubicadas a ambos lados del sector trasero del fuselaje y en carenados en la parte inferior de la nariz. height: 188px;\" \/> <\/a> <div class=\"tiled-gallery-caption\" itemprop=\"caption description\"> Grabador de datos de vuelo (foto: Esteban Brea) <\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <!-- close group --> <\/div> <!-- close row --> <\/div>\n<p>En la parte inferior delantera, entre los carenados que alojan a las antenas del equipo ESM se encuentra una antena del sistema data link, otra similar se encuentra por debajo del botal\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En la estaci\u00f3n de armamento izquierda contaba con un pod, algunas fuentes refieren que se trata de un \u201ccontenedor de granadas de humo\u201d, aunque por la leyenda \u201cSafety Kit Side\u201d, estimamos que podr\u00eda llegar a tratarse de una l\u00ednea de vida o un contenedor de una balsa salvavidas.<\/p>\n<p>En el lateral trasero izquierdo del botal\u00f3n se ubica un equipo registrador de vuelo.<\/p>\n<p>En lo que respecta a las antenas, adem\u00e1s de las del sistema data link pudimos identificar dos de hoja de los equipos VHF\/UHF, una en la parte inferior del botal\u00f3n y otra en la parte superior trasera del fuselaje. En ambos laterales del botal\u00f3n se sit\u00faan las de VOR\/LOC \u201cTowel Bar.\u201d Sobre la parte superior del lateral derecho del botal\u00f3n cuenta con una antena HF.
