Se design\u00f3 presidente a Toscano.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan su p\u00e1gina de internet <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alasdelsurla.com\" target=\"_blank\">Alas del Sur<\/a>, \u201ces una aerol\u00ednea argentina de alta eficiencia y calidad\u201d que \u201copera con la m\u00e1s amplia gama de destinos nacionales e internacionales, combinando la calidad de una empresa con trayectoria de excelencia y la m\u00e1s moderna flota del mercado\u201d. M\u00e1s adelante define a su equipo como \u201cun grupo de trabajo con los expertos necesarios para poder llevar adelante un proyecto de estas caracter\u00edsticas\u201d que \u201ccuenta con directores altamente especializados en cada \u00e1rea , habiendo desempe\u00f1ado tareas afines en l\u00edneas a\u00e9reas durante m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os\u201d. Muchos t\u00edtulos para una empresa a la que no se le conoce ning\u00fan avi\u00f3n de pasajeros ni ning\u00fan vuelo completado.<\/p>\n<p>La citada p\u00e1gina no indica ning\u00fan domicilio ni tel\u00e9fono, pero el que figura en el acta de creaci\u00f3n es Carabobo 87. Piso 7\u00ba.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la misma fuente, durante 2017 comenzar\u00e1 a volar desde C\u00f3rdoba a San Pablo, R\u00edo de Janeiro y Santiago de Chile, a los que se agregar\u00e1n, tambi\u00e9n en 2017, Bariloche, Buenos Aires, C\u00f3rdoba, Iguaz\u00fa, Neuqu\u00e9n y Salta y, en 2022, Madrid, Miami, Pek\u00edn, y m\u00e1s de veinticinco destinos nacionales.<\/p>\n<p>En materia de flota sostiene que comenzar\u00e1 con tres A320, para llegar a doce en 2022. Para los servicios de largo radio habla de comenzar con tres Boeing 777, que ser\u00e1n cinco en 2022.<\/p>\n<p>El pedido concreto realizado por Alas del Sur, que ser\u00e1 considerado en la Audiencia P\u00fablica, incluye 21 rutas, que comprenden un total de 51 destinos \u201437 dom\u00e9sticos y 14 internacionales\u2014 que involucran a 70 pares de ciudades servidos \u201453 dom\u00e9sticos, 17 internacionales, algunos presumiblemente de 5\u00aa y 8\u00aa libertades\u2014. Evidentemente es necesario contar con una capacidad t\u00e9cnica y financiera muy importante para cumplirlo.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Una primera aproximaci\u00f3n nos sugiere que se tratar\u00eda de una empresa basada en C\u00f3rdoba, pero la experiencia de estos tr\u00e1mites permite albergar serias sospechas de que no ser\u00e1 as\u00ed. Sobre el total de las rutas, 18 (incluidas 8 de las 9 internacionales) incluyen el tramo C\u00f3rdoba &#8211; Buenos Aires, lo que sugiere que se utilizar\u00e1 la facultad de alterar u omitir escalas (que est\u00e1 absolutamente en contra del esp\u00edritu de la ley 19.030), para hacer servicios cualesquiera. Es destacable que algunas de las rutas propuestas, como la 1) o la 5) carecen, absolutamente, de l\u00f3gica geogr\u00e1fica tal como est\u00e1n escritas.<\/p>\n<p>El mapa publicado en internet, adem\u00e1s, tiene una incoherencia grande con el pedido de rutas, ya que seg\u00fan \u00e9ste la idea es llegar a China por el Pac\u00edfico y, seg\u00fan aqu\u00e9l, ser\u00e1 por el Atl\u00e1ntico.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, la flota propuesta no parece suficiente para encarar el proyecto.<\/p>\n<p>Adicionalmente, Alas del Sur tambi\u00e9n solicit\u00f3 permiso para explotar servicios no regulares internos e internacionales.<\/p>\n<p>El desaf\u00edo es enorme, porque el volumen total de lo que se propone en materia de rutas es comparable con el volumen actual de Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas. La empresa tendr\u00e1 que demostrar capacidad financiera y t\u00e9cnica para encararlo, un proceso que, seguramente, no se har\u00e1 en pocos meses.<\/p>\n<p>Propuestas de esta envergadura son f\u00e1ciles de dibujar, pero muy dif\u00edciles de llevar a cabo. La seriedad de una autoridad aerocomercial se pone en evidencia cuando, a partir de un estudio serio, autoriza o no su puesta en marcha. En Bolivia, Paraguay y Uruguay hemos tenido ejemplos recientes de problemas a este respecto.
