Originalmente vol\u00f3 entre Salta y Buenos Aires, con un subsidio provincial, extendiendo luego sus servicios a Puerto Madryn (tambi\u00e9n con subsidio provincial) e hizo algunas otras rutas dom\u00e9sticas espor\u00e1dicas.<\/p>\n<p>En la Audiencia p\u00fablica 217, que se realiz\u00f3 el 19 de diciembre de 2005, solicit\u00f3 autorizaci\u00f3n para realizar vuelos no regulares, y un paquete de 19 rutas dom\u00e9sticas e internacionales, bastante m\u00e1s amplio que el que solicita ahora. En aquella oportunidad la empresa justific\u00f3 su pedido en la existencia de demanda insatisfecha, lo que fue rebatido en\u00e9rgicamente por Aerol\u00edneas\/Austral, entonces en manos del grupo Marsans, cuyo representante \u2014Diego Fargosi\u2014 sostuvo que:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cincomoda un poco a empresas que vienen volando desde hace tanto tiempo (en referencia a la suya) que una empresa constituida en mayo, junio o julio de este a\u00f1o ya venga y pida diecinueve rutas a\u00e9reas, todas de una sola vez, incluyendo rutas al exterior. Lo que quiero decir con esto es que me gustar\u00eda dejar presente en esta Audiencia que no quisi\u00e9ramos ver un nuevo LAN-Chile entrando como Aero2000 que fue un caso muy parecido en la Audiencia pasada\u2026\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En junio de 2006 se le autorizaron los servicios no regulares y, en 2008, se le adjudicaron algunas rutas regulares.<\/p>\n<p>Andes tuvo un desarrollo complicado. Fue hostigada por el gobierno nacional para favorecer a Aerol\u00edneas\/Austral, pero pudo consolidar servicios regulares subsidiados en el corredor Salta &#8211; Buenos Aires &#8211; Puerto Madryn y, adem\u00e1s, se hizo relativamente fuerte en el mercado charter tur\u00edstico, tanto veraniego cuanto estudiantil.<\/p>\n<p>Su flota hist\u00f3rica estuvo formada por diversos MD-82\/3\/7, pero entre 2010 y 2011 oper\u00f3 un par de Bombardier CRJ-600 y, en 2011, hizo algunos vuelos dentro de la provincia de Salta con un Fairchild Swearingen Metro 23.<\/p>\n<p>El pedido concreto que ser\u00e1 considerado en la Audiencia P\u00fablica, incluye 7 rutas, que comprenden un total de 20 destinos \u201413 dom\u00e9sticos y 3 internacionales\u2014 que involucran a 19 pares de ciudades servidos \u201416 dom\u00e9sticos y 3 internacionales. Tambi\u00e9n es llamativo que los servicios internacionales partan de C\u00f3rdoba, sin que haya una ruta directa entre \u00e9sta y Salta. Por lo dem\u00e1s, todo lo dicho antes sobre la facultad de alterar u omitir escalas es aplicable a este caso.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Andes L\u00edneas A\u00e9reas, que llega a esta Audiencia P\u00fablica con la experiencia de una d\u00e9cada de operaci\u00f3n como empresa de bandera argentina, solicit\u00f3 siete rutas, algunas de las cuales ya opera.
