Fue autorizada para hacer servicios cargueros no regulares internacionales con aviones Boeing 707 y regulares a Estados Unidos, Brasil y Chile sin limitaci\u00f3n de porte. Tuvo contratos con el Correo Argentino y con UPS.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte desarroll\u00f3 servicios de comercializaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento de aeronaves, con un buen hangar en Aeroparque. Lleg\u00f3 a ser representante de Gulfstream en el pa\u00eds. Tambi\u00e9n hizo taxis a\u00e9reos.<\/p>\n<p>En 2006 compr\u00f3 a AeroVip sus Jetstream 32 y, con esa flota, se convirti\u00f3 en proveedor de servicios de transporte no regular de pasajeros, disfrazado de regular, para diversos casos perdidos de la aviaci\u00f3n argentina (LAER, Aerochaco, Merlo, Sunchales, Villa Mar\u00eda y alg\u00fan otro), que le pagaron \u2014con fondos p\u00fablicos\u2014 servicios de muy poca ocupaci\u00f3n. Cuando vol\u00f3 para Aerochaco oper\u00f3 un MD-87 que era de un tercero y consigui\u00f3 la ampliaci\u00f3n de capacidad. Tambi\u00e9n hizo vuelos para American Express y particip\u00f3 de proyectos en todo el pa\u00eds. Fue un negocio interesante: el grupo Macri se sacaba de encima una empresa que requer\u00eda inversiones importantes para prosperar y que, desde el cambio de gobierno, estaba generado muchas controversias, mientras que los compradores acced\u00edan a los certificados y el hangar en Aeroparque, algo que ya no se consigue y es fundamental para cualquier l\u00ednea con pretensiones en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Todos esper\u00e1bamos que \u00e9ste fuera el embri\u00f3n de Avianca Argentina, pero no fue as\u00ed, falt\u00f3 una s\u00edlaba, porque el 30 de mayo la asamblea de Macair Jet resolvi\u00f3 cambiar el nombre de la empresa por el de Avian (sin acento) L\u00edneas A\u00e9reas S.A., que participar\u00e1 en la pr\u00f3xima Audiencia P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>El \u00faltimo antecedente es que el 15 de noviembre \u00faltimo el servicio de prensa de ATR inform\u00f3 que Synergy Aerospace hab\u00eda hecho un pedido por 12 ATR 72-600s para su nueva subsidiaria argentina Avian L\u00edneas A\u00e9reas. Normalmente, estas gacetillas de prensa vienen acompa\u00f1adas por una foto computarizada del avi\u00f3n con la librea del nuevo comprador, pero en este caso esto no ocurri\u00f3, lo que sugiere que Avian a\u00fan no tiene imagen ni logo propios.<\/p>\n<p>A fines de noviembre se anunci\u00f3 que se hab\u00eda firmado un acuerdo con la provincia de Tucum\u00e1n por el que \u00e9sta dar\u00eda una garant\u00eda de ocupaci\u00f3n del 65% de los asientos ofrecidos por la empresa para vuelos basados en la misma. A\u00fan no se conocen los detalles.<\/p>\n<p>El pedido concreto que ser\u00e1 considerado en la Audiencia P\u00fablica, incluye 16 rutas, que comprenden un total de 20 destinos \u201418 dom\u00e9sticos y 2 internacionales\u2014 que involucran a 24 pares de ciudades servidos \u201422 dom\u00e9sticos, 2 internacionales\u2014. La primera es que no incluye a Tucum\u00e1n, la segunda es que parece, en gran medida, un proyecto de oficializaci\u00f3n de los experimentos que hizo Macair Jet en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os (Concordia, Paran\u00e1, Sunchales, Tandil), la tercera es que hay muchos tramos que parecen m\u00e1s adecuados hoy para m\u00e1quinas de 19 asientos que para los ATR-72, y la \u00faltima es el tramo patag\u00f3nico, que llega a Comodoro Rivadavia, que es decididamente para jets.<\/p>\n<p>Se rumorea que en marzo habr\u00e1 una nueva audiencia en la que se har\u00e1 una presentaci\u00f3n que englobe estos tramos en un plan totalizador, pero ver para creer.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Macair Jet se transform\u00f3 en Avian L\u00edneas A\u00e9reas, que llega a esta Audiencia P\u00fablica con dos antecedentes importantes.
