Gluzman fue designado presidente y Parisier vice, agreg\u00e1ndose como directores suplentes Adrian Lucio Furman y Tom\u00e1s Berm\u00fadez, que el 23 de agosto fue designado director titular.<\/p>\n<p>Tres meses despu\u00e9s, el 22 de septiembre, Gluzman, junto a Alejandro Benvenuto, un contador p\u00fablico argentino, formaron otra empresa, denominada FB L\u00edneas A\u00e9reas S.A, que ten\u00eda los mismos objetivos de la anterior, el mismo capital, pero con domicilio en Belgrano 1670 &#8211; Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n<p>Casi inmediatamente, la prestigios revista <i>Air Transport World<\/i>, anunci\u00f3 que una ultra low cost argentina, FlyBondi, pensaba inciar sus servicios en 2017. Seg\u00fan la publicaci\u00f3n, se hab\u00eda hecho una ronda de b\u00fasqueda de inversores. Adem\u00e1s mencionaba algunos socios extranjeros con antecedentes en Ryanair, Air Canada y City Flyer.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la nota, FlyBondi buscaba integrar 75 millones de d\u00f3lares y llegar a tener 30 aeronaves.<\/p>\n<p>FlyBondi abri\u00f3 una p\u00e1gina en internet e hizo algunos contactos con la prensa local, que se mostr\u00f3 entusiasmada con la llegada de una low cost al pa\u00eds. La cara visible de la empresa fue Cook, que se present\u00f3 con un nuevo perro, llamado Nelson. Sus anuncios hablaron de ocho millones de pasajeros en 2021, con 40 destinos dom\u00e9sticos y 35 latinoamericanos, que ser\u00edan servidos con 25 aeronaves. El mercado objetivo declarado fueron los 50 millones de pasajeros anuales que, seg\u00fan la compa\u00f1\u00eda, viajan en bus actualmente.<\/p>\n<p>El 7 de octubre hubo algunas modificaciones en el directorio de FB L\u00edneas A\u00e9reas, que pas\u00f3 a estar presidida por Benvenuto, a quien secundaban Gluzman, Furman, Debora Priscila Glecer y Ariadna Laura Artopoulos.<\/p>\n<h2>La solicitud concreta<\/h2>\n<p>El pedido concreto realizado por FB L\u00edneas A\u00e9reas (no Fly Bondi), que ser\u00e1 considerado en la Audiencia P\u00fablica, incluye 99 rutas, que comprenden un total de 62 destinos \u201436 dom\u00e9sticos y 26 internacionales\u2014 que involucran a 99 pares de ciudades servidos \u201456 dom\u00e9sticos y 43 internacionales\u2014. En este sentido, la propuesta que analizamos es much\u00edsimo m\u00e1s clara.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto es muy importante. Tiene una cantidad de destinos dom\u00e9sticos y latinoamericanos comparable con la oferta actual de Aerol\u00edneas\/Austral, pero es evidente que, si la propuesta es utilizar 25 aeronaves, contra 66 que tiene la empresa estatal para atender esas rutas, la cantidad de frecuencias ser\u00e1 comparativamente peque\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>De las 56 rutas dom\u00e9sticas propuestas, s\u00f3lo 35 tocan Buenos Aires y las 21 restantes corresponden a tramos entre ciudades del interior. No olvidemos que una low cost no puede darse el lujo de alterar sus horarios por problemas meteorol\u00f3gicos o por deficiencias en el despacho de las aeronaves.<\/p>\n<p>Adicionalmente, se trata de una base militar muy importante, lo que significa que habr\u00e1 que establecer un c\u00f3digo de convivencia adecuado.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FlyBondi es un nombre brillante, que sintetiza, con un despliegue multiling\u00fc\u00edstico, el esp\u00edritu de una low cost en la Argentina.
