Una asociaci\u00f3n de ideas impecable (colecci\u00f3n Pablo Luciano Potenze).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de muchos a\u00f1os de preparativos, en gran parte realizados por la Fuerza A\u00e9rea, Aerol\u00edneas realiz\u00f3 su primer vuelo a Nueva Zelandia el 7 de junio de 1980. Aunque la ruta pasaba bastante al norte del polo sur y ni siquiera penetraba en el c\u00edrculo polar, la publicidad bautiz\u00f3 estos servicios como transpolares, y as\u00ed quedaron instalados en el imaginario argentino (ver <a title=\"Texto de Pablo Luciano Potenze\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gacetaeronautica.com\/gaceta\/wp-101\/?p=8516\" target=\"_blank\">R\u00e9quiem para un vuelo transpolar, que no era transpolar<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Fue una inauguraci\u00f3n de gran impacto en los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, que en esos d\u00edas dieron mucha informaci\u00f3n sobre el significado t\u00e9cnico y geopol\u00edtico del emprendimiento, y la empresa se encarg\u00f3 de que muchos periodistas fueran invitados a participar del primer servicio.<\/p>\n<p>Una idea de la importancia medi\u00e1tica que tuvo el hecho lo da la presencia de un m\u00f3vil de Radio El Mundo en Ezeiza cubriendo la salida del vuelo, en el que la emisora envi\u00f3 a su periodista estrella Julio Lagos, y que radio Mitre destac\u00f3 a un periodista de la talla de Bernardo Neustadt para realizar el viaje.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_20726\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-20726\" style=\"width: mucha publicidad sobre el tema, la que no estuvo exenta de un matiz pol\u00edtico, porque el vuelo de retorno fue aprovechado para trasladar de regreso al presidente Videla, que estaba realizando una estos servicios fue de un oscuro proveedor de Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas, Frazadas Campomar, que suministraba las mantas de viaje que se entregaban en todos los vuelos de la empresa. Demostrar calidad en condiciones extremas siempre fue un recurso promocional interesante, y esta firma lo entendi\u00f3 perfectamente cuando public\u00f3 un aviso, el 6 de junio, destacando que sus productos abrigar\u00edan a los pasajeros que volaran sobre el polo.<\/p>\n<p>Obviamente, no fueron las mantas sino la calefacci\u00f3n del avi\u00f3n lo que protegi\u00f3 a los viajeros, pero la asociaci\u00f3n fue un hallazgo interesante.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La posibilidad de demostrar la calidad de cualquier producto en condiciones extremas siempre fue un recurso promocional interesante.
