Se refer\u00eda a los horarios de los aeropuertos, y su razonamiento era sencillo. Para una aerol\u00ednea basada en R\u00edo Grande, que realizaba vuelos cortos para pasajeros de negocios de la regi\u00f3n, era indispensable salir a primera hora de la ma\u00f1ana hacia Ushuaia R\u00edo Gallegos y Punta Arenas, pero los aeropuertos estaban cerrados hasta bien avanzada la ma\u00f1ana, y por la noche cerraban temprano.<\/p>\n<p>El fondo de la cuesti\u00f3n era sencillo. El sistema aeron\u00e1utico argentino estaba dise\u00f1ado para un mundo ideal, basado en Buenos Aires, en el que grandes jets sal\u00edan a primera hora (quiz\u00e1s de noche) de Aeroparque hacia destinos del interior a los que siempre llegaban en vuelo diurno. Retornaban a la capital, hac\u00edan quiz\u00e1s otros vuelos, pero cuando ca\u00eda la tarde, siempre en diurno, sal\u00edan de lugares remotos, y no ten\u00edan inconvenientes en aterrizar en Aeroparque por la noche.<\/p>\n<p>Algunos pocos aeropuertos del interior ten\u00edan vuelos nocturnos. La norma era que sus horarios de operaci\u00f3n, y en cierta medida su equipamiento estuvieran al servicio de este sistema, que era lo que interesaba en Buenos Aires, base de Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas y Austral, los grandes.<\/p>\n<p>Pero cuando empezaron a aparecer empresas en el interior con otros proyectos adaptados a las necesidades locales empezaron los problemas, porque sus requerimientos eran totalmente distintos, y no s\u00f3lo en materia de horarios. Valls tambi\u00e9n predijo que la privatizaci\u00f3n de los aeropuertos ser\u00eda la muerte de los servicios con aviones de diecinueve plazas, y no estuvo muy errado. Kaik\u00e9n cay\u00f3 en la bancarrota (es largo explicar por qu\u00e9), y la aviaci\u00f3n del interior del pa\u00eds pr\u00e1cticamente desapareci\u00f3, aunque \u2014reconozc\u00e1moslo\u2014 se habl\u00f3 hasta la exageraci\u00f3n de la aviaci\u00f3n federal.<\/p>\n<p>En octubre de 2009 Sol L\u00edneas A\u00e9reas busca incorporar la ciudad de San Luis a sus destinos, y se encuentra con la misma trampa que Valls denunciaba a mediados de los a\u00f1os noventa. En el horario en que quiere llegar all\u00ed (las 21:00 horas, nada del otro mundo), el aeropuerto est\u00e1 cerrado.<\/p>\n<p>No hay muchos vuelos a San Luis. Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas opera seis frecuencias semanales, que llegan cerca del mediod\u00eda. El resto del tiempo el aeropuerto no tiene actividad comercial.
