iniciar <strong>servicios regulares<\/strong> a destinos dom\u00e9sticos (Antofagasta, Concepci\u00f3n y Puerto Montt), a lo que poco tiempo despu\u00e9s seguir\u00edan sus primeros destinos regulares en el exterior:\u00a0Lima (Per\u00fa), Mendoza (Argentina), Caracas (Venezuela),\u00a0Punta Cana (Rep\u00fablica Dominicana), Puerto Pr\u00edncipe (Hait\u00ed) y Miami (EE.UU.).<\/p>\n<p>El esquema de rutas se mantuvo hasta el mi\u00e9rcoles 10 de enero de 2018, cuando la empresa decidi\u00f3 abandonar sus operaciones dom\u00e9sticas dado que\u00a0<em>\u00abla tendencia actual del mercado hace insostenible el modelo de negocio que dese\u00e1bamos implementar en un principio\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>El modelo conforma especialmente a esa red de rutas internacionales, ya que es capaz de volar hasta unos 4.200 km en configuraciones\u00a0<em>\u00abOne Class\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0o <em>\u00abInclusive Tour\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0(140 a 149 asientos, dos galleys y dos lavatorios).<\/p>\n<p>Propulsado por dos motores\u00a0CFM56-3C-1 de 10.000 kg. de empuje, el modelo est\u00e1ndar es capaz de transportar hasta unas 3,5 toneladas de carga de pago distribuida en la cabina de pasajeros y dos bodegas que totalizan un volumen de 30,2 metros c\u00fabicos.<\/p>\n<p>Si bien no se trata de aeronaves de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n, los 737-300 cuentan con avances tecnol\u00f3gicos desarrollados por los programas Boeing 757 y 767, tales como un panel de instrumentos de vuelo digital de primera generaci\u00f3n que comprende cuatro pantallas a color.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>La flota<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A la hora de completar este inventario de la flota, la compa\u00f1\u00eda llevaba adquiridos al menos seis 737-300s, aunque el primero de todos ellos ya hab\u00eda alcanzado el final de su vida \u00fatil y permanec\u00eda almacenado en un \u00abcementerio de aviones\u00bb que se ha improvisado en instalaciones que ENAER posee en el Aeropuerto Internacional \u00abArturo Merino Ben\u00edtez\u00bb de <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Si bien todos corresponden a la serie 300, los ejemplares provienen de or\u00edgenes enteramente diferentes, fueron construidos entre 1990 y 1998 y promedian casi 25 a\u00f1os de servicio.<\/p>\n<p>El primer ejemplar hab\u00eda sido construido para America West Airlines, pero llevaba ocho a\u00f1os operando en Chile al momento de incorporarse a la flota de LAW.<\/p>\n<p>Otros dos llegaron a Chile tras su breve participaci\u00f3n en el fallido emprendimiento aerocomercial, Alas Uruguay (ver <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gacetaeronautica.com\/gaceta\/wp-101\/?p=20603\"
