B\u00e1sicamente el volumen explica el modelo econ\u00f3mico como la evoluci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica de las \u00abLow Cost Companies\u00bb (LCC). En principio parece un tema complejo y dif\u00edcil de abarcar, pero el autor lo hace con una sencillez y claridad que no dejan lugar a dudas ni sobre la capacidad de Marcigliano ni sobre la tem\u00e1tica que aborda.<\/p>\n<p>El libro es una obra fundamental para quien intenta comprender el fen\u00f3meno de las LCC, es claro, formal y muy ameno, con la feliz particularidad que resulta de inter\u00e9s tanto para quien no sabe nada del tema, como para quien ya lo conoce y desea profundizar en \u00e9l. Su lectura, ayuda a comprender el funcionamiento y el porqu\u00e9 de muchas cosas que observamos, al volar en estas empresas cuando hacemos alg\u00fan viaje dentro de Europa o Estados Unidos, aprovechando las ventajas econ\u00f3micas que presentan al bolsillo del viajero estas aerol\u00edneas.<\/p>\n<p>El autor hace una relaci\u00f3n de todos los puntos clave en la operaci\u00f3n de este tipo de compa\u00f1\u00edas a\u00e9reas, y en donde radica la reducci\u00f3n de costes para poder ofrecer tarifas muy asequibles.<\/p>\n<p>De especial inter\u00e9s para el lector argentino, e incluso sudamericano, resulta el Ap\u00e9ndice I que trata el tema de la posibilidad, o no, de la aparici\u00f3n de este tipo de empresas en el mercado argentino. El autor analiza el mercado aerocomercial argentino desde la \u00f3ptica del modelo de negocio LCC y establece su opini\u00f3n al respecto.<\/p>\n<p>En resumen la principal conclusi\u00f3n de esta excelente obra, es que tanto las compa\u00f1\u00edas LCC, como las tradicionales, han ido variando su tipo de negocio y unas no mantienen el modelo a rajatabla y otras buscan parecerse o adaptarse al nuevo modelo LCC.<\/p>\n<p>Solo resta por decir que es posible seguir la visi\u00f3n de Alejo Marcigliano del \u00e1mbito aerocomercial a trav\u00e9s de su blog <a href=\"http:\/\/airlinesobserver.wordpress.com\/\">Airlines Observer<\/a>, y que sin lugar a dudas aguardamos su pr\u00f3ximo trabajo editorial.<\/p>\n<hr>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cielos Baratos es el primer libro del periodista aeron\u00e1utico argentino Alejo Marcigliano.
