Nuestra experiencia se basa en el trayecto Estocolmo \u2013 Barcelona, concretamente el vuelo D85555 desde Arlanda hasta El Prat. El vuelo lo hicimos en la temporada alta, verano europeo de 2018 y dos d\u00edas antes del Midsummer sueco, uno de los principales feriados del pa\u00eds escandinavo.<\/p>\n<p>La experiencia de compra del billete no tuvo nada de particular m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del coste del pasaje, bastante lejano a lo que podr\u00edamos considerar <em>lowcost<\/em>: 285 euros con tasas e impuestos incluidos, <em>carry-on<\/em> en cabina, una maleta en bodega, asiento a elegir y <em>fast track<\/em> en el control de seguridad del aeropuerto. La p\u00e1gina web hablaba de algunas ventajas m\u00e1s que ofertaba Norwegian, pero he de admitir que era lo de menos, eleg\u00ed el vuelo por el horario.<\/p>\n<p>Llegu\u00e9 en ferrocarril desde el norte de Suecia a la Estaci\u00f3n Central Arlanda, en el subsuelo del aeropuerto y en una zona denominada comercialmente Skycity, que est\u00e1 ubicada entre las terminales 4 y 5.<\/p>\n<p>Arlanda, en la vecindad del Midsummer, es un hervidero de viajeros desde las m\u00e1s tempranas horas de la ma\u00f1ana, cuando casi todav\u00eda no se ha despedido la madrugada. El paisaje a las cinco de la tarde en la terminal es agobiante, parece que los suecos huyen en masa y la puerta de salida es el principal aeropuerto de Estocolmo. El <em>fast track<\/em> cobra valor y permite sortear el control de seguridad con relativa celeridad.<\/p>\n<h2>Gate 12<\/h2>\n<p>La puerta de embarque asignada en las pantallas del aeropuerto era la 12, pero la preocupante palabra <i>\u201cDELAYED\u201d <\/i>aparec\u00eda junto a mi vuelo y se advert\u00eda de una demora de casi media hora para la salida. Estaba previsto partir 19:10, y los monitores mostraban 19:35.<\/p>\n<p>Al llegar a la puerta de embarque en la manga a\u00fan estaba aprest\u00e1ndose a soltarse del finger un 737 de la danesa Primera Air. M\u00e1s all\u00e1 del gent\u00edo que iba y ven\u00eda, tranquilidad total y absoluta. Todos los pasajeros reunidos alrededor de la puerta 12 esperaban con resignaci\u00f3n, o con la certeza que el retraso ser\u00edan los 25 minutos mencionados en las pantallas. Finalmente, cinco minutos despu\u00e9s de las siete de la tarde, apareci\u00f3 por all\u00ed el B737-8JP EI-FHW. Puppio \/ Revista Norwegian).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Admito que mirando el reloj parec\u00eda dif\u00edcil de cumplir aquello de estar saliendo 19:35, pero en desembarque del vuelo anterior y el embarque del nuestro se llev\u00f3 a cabo con bastante precisi\u00f3n y celeridad. No me percat\u00e9 del truco hasta tanto se anunci\u00f3 abiertamente que los pasajeros de las filas posteriores a la 15 ingresar\u00edan por la puerta trasera del avi\u00f3n y deb\u00edan salir por una puerta lateral del finger, bajar a plataforma y volver a subir por la escalera colocada en puerta trasera. Como yo estaba en la fila 12, segu\u00ed recto por la manga hasta la puerta delantera del 737. La configuraci\u00f3n interior del avi\u00f3n no presentaba ninguna cuesti\u00f3n novedosa, 186 plazas economy, y el dise\u00f1o Sky Interior est\u00e1ndar de los -800 actuales.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras el resto de los pasajeros terminaba de encontrar sus asientos, grande fue mi sorpresa al percatarme que la revista de a bordo del mes de Junio estaba dedicada a Argentina. La dedicatoria no era gratuita: la empresa lleva alg\u00fan tiempo ya volando Londres \u2013Buenos Aires y espera comenzar a volar cabotaje y regional en la primavera austral.<\/p>\n<p>Me sorprendi\u00f3 gratamente la posibilidad de usar el wifi de abordo gratuitamente. Es una opci\u00f3n disponible en los 737-800, MAX 8, o los 787 en los vuelos transcontinentales. Normalmente es un servicio de pago, excepto en clases business o first en alguna aerol\u00edneas. Los tel\u00e9fonos o tablets que de todas maneras llevan los pasajeros, sirven de pantalla para informarnos del estado del vuelo, y ofrecen entretenimiento.<\/p>\n<p>El servicio de catering es de pago con una carta asequible en cuanto al costo de lo ofrecido. Para resumir, los precios son aeroportuarios, y son similares a los que ofrecen Vueling, Iberia, Easyjet \u00f3 Ryanair. Un \u201cmen\u00fa\u201d compuesto por un s\u00e1ndwich, una bebida no alcoh\u00f3lica y patatas chips, cuesta 10 euros. Horario, vientos y control a\u00e9reo mediante, aterrizamos por la pista 02 para dirigirnos r\u00e1pidamente a la T-2, la terminal de las <em>lowcost<\/em> en el aeropuerto barcelon\u00e9s. Teniendo en cuenta la actual convergencia del servicio percibido por el pasajero entre <em>legacies<\/em> y <em>lowcost<\/em>, este estuvo dentro de los par\u00e1metros normales y que vemos en aerol\u00edneas tradicionales como Iberia, Finnair o KLM. Puede decirse que Norwegian est\u00e1 por encima de Easyjet, Vueling o Raynair, y por debajo de Lufthansa \u00f3 Aegean.<\/p>\n<p>Teniendo en cuenta todo lo antedicho, la versi\u00f3n argentina deber\u00eda ser similar a la europea, pero\u2026 \u00bfacompa\u00f1a el resto del sistema?
