Visto que esta parece ser la \u00ab\u00faltima escala\u00bb de su itinerario de carrera, revisamos nuestros archivos y rescatamos datos e im\u00e1genes para ilustrar su trayectoria de m\u00e1s de cuatro d\u00e9cadas.<\/p>\n<p>El aparato en estudio fue construido con el n\u00famero de serie 21358, ocupando la posici\u00f3n 498 en la secuencia de producci\u00f3n del (hoy) cuestionado \u00abcl\u00e1sico\u00bb birreactor de Boeing. Su salida de la empresa bahrein\u00ed es atribuible a que Gulf Air opt\u00f3 por uniformar su flota con productos de la l\u00ednea Airbus e inici\u00f3 el gradual reemplazo de sus siete-tres-sietes con A320 a mediados de la d\u00e9cada de 1990.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Un halc\u00f3n bahrein\u00ed en Am\u00e9rica Latina<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A poco de ingresar al mercado secundario de la mano, nuestro ejemplar encontr\u00f3 nuevos aires al Sur de Am\u00e9rica Latina ya que fue arrendado por nuestra aerol\u00ednea de bandera, <strong>Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas<\/strong>, entre 1994 y 2000. A pesar de ser devuelto a su propietario, la m\u00e1quina permaneci\u00f3 en territorio argentino y poco tiempo despu\u00e9s fue nuevamente arrendado a <strong>American Falcon<\/strong>, aerol\u00ednea propiedad del empresario liban\u00e9s radicado en Argentina, <strong>Fayez Chehab<\/strong>, que lo utiliz\u00f3 en ch\u00e1rters, servicios regulares propios y vuelos alimentadores para empresas extranjeras (como Alitalia, a quien le aportaba tr\u00e1fico proveniente de Montevideo, Uruguay). Si bien continu\u00f3 volando ocasionalmente en servicios para terceros hasta la eventual liquidaci\u00f3n de la empresa en 2005, la m\u00e1quina qued\u00f3 estacionada y termin\u00f3 abandonada en el <strong>Aeroparque \u00abJorge Newbery\u00bb<\/strong>, peregrinando por distintas posiciones de estacionamiento en las plataformas comercial y de hangares hasta terminar sus d\u00edas arrumbado en las antiguas instalaciones del Museo Nacional de Aeron\u00e1utica (ver <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gacetaeronautica.com\/gaceta\/wp-101\/?p=26446\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00bfDesalojo definitivo para el \u201ccementerio de aviones\u201d de Aeroparque Jorge Newbery?<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Desde all\u00ed, en septiembre de 2018 emprendi\u00f3 el que seguramente ser\u00e1 su \u00faltimo viaje (terrestre).
