Son las 2200L y la actividad en la plataforma sur de la instalaci\u00f3n zaragozana es incesante. Los aviones del periodo de la tarde acaban de recuperarse y las tripulaciones del periodo nocturno ya han abordado sus aviones y realizan las correspondientes comprobaciones de prevuelo. El <i>European Tactical Airlift Programme \u2013 Training<\/i>, o por sus siglas <i>ETAP-<\/i>T, est\u00e1 a pleno rendimiento en esta edici\u00f3n que, por primera vez, se celebra en Zaragoza, sede del <i>ETAC (European Tactical Airlift Centre)<\/i>. Desde el 16 hasta el 28 de junio de 2019 los indicativos radio Metal, Paris, Rocky, Mammut, Bull, London y Wolf ser\u00e1n habituales sobre el espacio a\u00e9reo aragon\u00e9s y navarro.<\/p>\n<p>Hasta la fecha Zaragoza ha sido sede de los ETAP-C (anteriormente conocidos como EAATTC), el conocido curso de perfeccionamiento para tripulaciones y personal de tierra especializados en transporte a\u00e9reo t\u00e1ctico (y sus m\u00faltiples ramificaciones). El <i>ETAP-T (European Tactical Airlift Programme \u2013 Training)<\/i> tiene notables diferencias en comparaci\u00f3n con el <i>ETAP-C (European Tactical Airlift Programme \u2013 Course)<\/i>, la esencial es que se trata de entrenamiento y por tanto los participantes no reciben ninguna titulaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica. Asimismo las triulaciones expertas que imparten la formaci\u00f3n pasan de ser \u201cinstructores\u201d a \u201cmentores\u201d. El concepto de <i>ETAP-T<\/i> es poder ofrecer a las diversas naciones participantes una serie de ejercicios de entrenamiento a la carta, coordinados por el ETAC de Zaragoza. Para poder coordinar un curso de esta naturaleza la organizaci\u00f3n comienza con varios meses de antelaci\u00f3n. Por un lado la parte log\u00edstica, ya que con un total de 450 personas involucradas en el curso se hace necesaria ampliar toda la infraestructura usada normalmente en la Base de Zaragoza. Las naciones participantes solicitan entrenarse en diversas disciplinas, en concreto se definen unos Training Objetives entre los que se encuentran los habituales dentro del EATT Concept:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planeamiento avanzado de misiones de transporte a\u00e9reo t\u00e1ctico.<\/li>\n<li>Estandarizaci\u00f3n de procedimientos.<\/li>\n<li>Lanzamientos paracaidistas (personal y de cargas).<\/li>\n<li>Vuelos t\u00e1cticos con presencia de amenazas (superficie-aire y aire-aire).<\/li>\n<li>Vuelos a muy baja cota.<\/li>\n<li>Tomas de asalto con infiltraciones y exfiltraciones de personal.<\/li>\n<li>Maniobras t\u00e1cticas de aproximaci\u00f3n y aterrizaje.<\/li>\n<li>Introducci\u00f3n a las COMAOS\u00b4s (Composite Air Operations).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En base a estas solicitudes tan dispares el ETAC coordina un \u201cmen\u00fa a la carta\u201d combinando los requerimientos de todas las naciones participantes. El resultado de este ejercicio de coordinaci\u00f3n son 10 d\u00edas de actividad a\u00e9rea con hasta tres periodos de vuelo al d\u00eda. Un nivel de actividad muy elevado que \u00fanicamente puede ser realizado en base a la experiencia acumulada durante la realizaci\u00f3n de los ETAP-C de los a\u00f1os anteriores.<\/p>\n<p>El flujo de una misi\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar puede variar en funci\u00f3n del escenario t\u00e1ctico planeado y de la disponibilidad de las diferentes zonas de entrenamiento. Consiste, por lo general, en un vuelo de aproximadamente 2 horas de duraci\u00f3n con despegue y recuperaci\u00f3n en Zaragoza. La evoluci\u00f3n de esta aeronave es firme y en muy pocos meses constituir\u00e1 la espina dorsal del transporte a\u00e9reo militar de naciones como Espa\u00f1a, Francia, Alemania y Reino Unido.<\/p>\n<p>Durante esta convocatoria es de destacar que la USAF ha desplazado a varios observadores, en concreto el subdirector del <i>Advanced Airlift Tactics Training Center (AATTC) <\/i>y varios de sus instructores. No debemos olvidar que el ETAP es un centro de entrenamiento de la misma naturaleza que el AATTC.<\/p>\n<p>El ETAC sigue de nuevo su trayectoria ascendente y de nuevo en Septiembre ser\u00e1 el escenario de otra convocatoria del ETAP-C. El componente nacional del ETAC sigue acumulando \u00e9xitos edici\u00f3n tras edici\u00f3n.
