observaciones recogidas a fines de 2005 nos permiten afirmar que la flota presidencial argentina estar\u00eda alcanzando niveles de dotaci\u00f3n y utilizaci\u00f3n comparables a los que supo registrar en los \u00abtiempos dorados\u00bb de la administraci\u00f3n Menem.<\/p>\n<p>Al empleo sostenido de los transportes T-01 \u00abVirgen de Luj\u00e1n\u00bb (Boeing 757) y T-03 \u00abPresidente Per\u00f3n\u00bb (F.28) y los helic\u00f3pteros H-01 \u00abIslas Malvinas\u00bb (S-70A) y H-02 (S-76B), desde por lo menos noviembre de 2005 podemos sumar el retorno del \u00faltimo <strong>Tango Cero Dos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Como recordar\u00e1n nuestros lectores, el aparato en cuesti\u00f3n es un F.28 Mark 4000 que el Poder Ejecutivo Nacional oper\u00f3 entre 1999 y 2001 y que la fallida administraci\u00f3n De la R\u00faa transfiri\u00f3 a la I Brigada A\u00e9rea en diciembre de aquel agitado a\u00f1o (v\u00e9ase nuestro reportaje <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gacetaeronautica.com\/gaceta\/wp-101\/?p=3590\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00abPresidencia se desprende de otro F.28 Fellowship\u00bb<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Las primeras evidencias del retorno del T-02 (rematriculado T-50 tras su paso a la FAA) se produjeron entre noviembre y diciembre de 2005, cuando el aparato fue observado empleando nuevamente t\u00edtulos <strong>\u00abRep\u00fablica Argentina\u00bb<\/strong> y operando desde las plataformas militar y de talleres del aeroparque Buenos Aires\/\u00bbJorge Newbery\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Entre diciembre de 2001 y principios del 2005, el aparato luc\u00eda t\u00edtulos de la FAA y la I Br A\u00e9 y resid\u00eda en El Palomar (B.A.).<\/p>\n<p>Algunas fuentes hablan de su retorno al inventario de la Aviation Photography, 08\/12\/2005).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>El diario El Cronista Comercial de Buenos Aires, de hecho, se\u00f1ala que la aeronave fue transferida formalmente a la AAP a fines de diciembre mediante una resoluci\u00f3n conjunta de la Ministra de Defensa, Nilda Garr\u00e9, y el Secretario General de la Presidencia, Oscar Parrilli, en la que se alude a la <em>\u00abnecesidad ingente\u00bb<\/em> de incrementar la capacidad de transporte de la AAP para trasladar a <em>\u00abintegrantes del PEN y personalidades nacionales y extranjeras\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>A caballo de la decisi\u00f3n de recuperar el Tango Cero Dos, la Presidencia de la Naci\u00f3n tuvo que resolver el reemplazo de los motores del T-50, que quedaron vencidos por tiempo calendario al 31 de diciembre de 2005.<\/p>\n<p>En una negociaci\u00f3n que se formaliz\u00f3 el 21 de diciembre, la Secretar\u00eda General de la Presidencia acord\u00f3 canjear los motores del T-50 (series 9054 y 9761) por dos ejemplares ofrecidos por la firma Rolls Royce Canada Limited (series 9158 y 9773).<\/p>\n<p>La operaci\u00f3n tuvo un valor de US $ 1,45M, resultado de restar al precio de los motores canadienses (US $ 1,60M) el valor de los argentinos (US $ 150K) y se pag\u00f3 en dos cuotas de US $ 745K (la primera contra firma del acuerdo, la segunda contra entrega de los motores).<\/p>\n<p>El intercambio deb\u00eda perfeccionarse en un plazo no superior a 70 d\u00edas y concretarse en la planta que Rolls Royce posee en Lachine, Qu\u00e9bec (Canada).<\/p>\n<p>Es interesante destacar que los motores ofrecidos por esa empresa no ser\u00edan nuevos (habr\u00edan sido fabricados en 2003) ni corresponden a la variante Spey empleada por el T-50 (eran 555-15N en vez de 555-15P); pero que la firma canadiense se comprometi\u00f3 a entregarlos convertidos en 555-15P y recorridos y en condiciones de prestar servicio por 3.500 horas, un m\u00ednimo de 6.000 ciclos y una vida \u00fatil calendario de
