Es lo que viene demostrando LAN-Argentina, el holding LATAM y sus respectivas gerencias en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os (foto: Fernando Puppio).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La acepci\u00f3n del t\u00edtulo quiere decir en buen romance, que sobre determinado asunto, en el caso del cierre de LATAM Argentina (o LAN-Argentina, \u00e9se es su verdadero nombre), existen ocultamientos distractivos.<\/p>\n<p>Los denominados medios hegem\u00f3nicos no s\u00f3lo ocultan y distorsionan la realidad de lo ocurrido. (fuente Balances LATAM 2013-2019).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Tampoco se muestra abiertamente que las ganancias del holding LATAM a nivel global han escondido un proceso sistem\u00e1tico de flexibilizaci\u00f3n laboral y endeudamiento financiero, cosa que viene de lejos (como ejemplo ver <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gacetaeronautica.com\/gaceta\/wp-101\/?p=18678\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LATAM tampoco despeg\u00f3 en el segundo trimestre de 2016<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>No debe olvidarse que LAN Argentina, luego llamada LATAM Argentina, tuvo por CEO en el per\u00edodo 2009-2015 al ejecutivo Gustavo Lopetegui, qui\u00e9n luego fracas\u00f3 como Secretario de Energ\u00eda y Vicejefe de Gabinete, per\u00edodo 2015-2019 de la gesti\u00f3n Macri. Los antiguos Boeing 767 matriculados en Argentina, y que cubr\u00edan los destinos en USA, debieron ser retirados de esas rutas y no tuvieron reemplazo<sup><a href=\"file:\/\/\/C:\/Users\/FLPG-NBSL\/Pictures\/AVIONES\/WEB\/Articulos\/LATAM - Ojal?? no vuelva\/#_ftn1_4230\" name=\"_ftnref1_4230\"><strong>[1]<\/strong><\/a><\/sup><a href=\"file:\/\/\/C:\/Users\/FLPG-NBSL\/Pictures\/AVIONES\/WEB\/Articulos\/LATAM - Ojal?? no vuelva\/#_ftn1_4230\" name=\"_ftnref1_4230\"><\/a>. La benevolencia del ministro Dietrich, le permiti\u00f3 a LAN-Argentina operar, contraviniendo a la legislaci\u00f3n, con aviones de matr\u00edcula extranjera, bajo la modalidad <em>interchange<\/em>.\u00a0Tras el anuncio del 3 de julio de 2020 v\u00eda la cuenta @LATAM_ARG en Twitter, parece que la empresa pretende seguir operando en esa modalidad vuelos internacionales.<\/p>\n<p>Para decirlo en criollo, una truchada tendiente a eludir la legislaci\u00f3n laboral argentina y el convenio colectivo de trabajo del personal aeron\u00e1utico. Ni hablar de la reducci\u00f3n de personal argentino, donde la empresa mantuvo un ritmo constante de achicamiento desde 2013, llegando a un -25% para el per\u00edodo 2013-2019.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a pol\u00edtica aerocomercial, debe decirse que se le permiti\u00f3 operar a LAN-Argentina, sea con base en Ezeiza o Aeroparque, con las trece ciudades argentinas del interior de mayor tr\u00e1fico. Le\u00e1se, con la \u201ccrema\u201d del negocio. Siempre van a tener p\u00fablico viajero ciudades importantes como C\u00f3rdoba \u00f3 Mendoza, o puntos sensibles al turismo como Cataratas \u00f3 Bariloche. La cuota de mercado de la filian argentina cay\u00f3 de 31.2% en 2012 a 15.8% en 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Otros \u00edtems no tocados por los medi\u00e1ticos son dos muy significativos:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>En la semanas previas al anuncio de cese, LATAM traslad\u00f3 a Chile parte de su flota, el \u00fanico activo de la empresa.<\/li>\n<li>Durante abril y mayo de este a\u00f1o, LATAM recibi\u00f3 el aporte del Estado argentino para cubrir el 50% de los salarios de su personal, la gerencia incluida.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>En cuanto a lo estrictamente laboral, que el Ministerio de Trabajo admita a una empresa como LAN-Argentina aplicar al Procedimiento Preventivo de Crisis para despedir a precio de liquidaci\u00f3n y ahorrarse el 75% de las indemnizaciones, sienta un precedente nefasto para todos los trabajadores, pertenezcan o no a la supuesta fallida.<\/p>\n<p>Se va LAN-Argentina.
