Dice que se trata de una operaci\u00f3n rutinaria de mantenimiento pero hay que reconocer que fue una decisi\u00f3n tomada de improviso, porque ese trabajo estaba planificado para m\u00e1s adelante, y que llevarse el \u00fanico avi\u00f3n disponible justo en el momento en que se espera que vuelvan los vuelos suena raro.<\/p>\n<p>Al mismo tiempo el conflicto entre la empresa y las autoridades aeron\u00e1uticas est\u00e1 en un momento caliente. Nadie ignora que el proyecto de tener una \u00fanica empresa monop\u00f3lica que lleva adelante el gobierno y la propuesta de las low cost no caben en el mismo universo. Por eso no llama la atenci\u00f3n que todas las decisiones que se toman desde el poder, en menor o mayor medida, perjudican a estas compa\u00f1\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>El \u00faltimo conflicto visible es El Palomar. Cualquiera que conozca medianamente el negocio aerocomercial entiende que Ezeiza no es un aeropuerto adecuado para un modelo low cost, por la sencilla raz\u00f3n de que es un aeropuerto caro para operadores y pasajeros. La decisi\u00f3n de no permitir vuelos desde El Palomar es claramente una jugada m\u00e1s para sacar a las Low cost de la cancha, como fue el intento de despojar a LAN-Argentina de su hangar en Aeroparque en 2013. Quiz\u00e1s no sea casual que ambas movidas partan del ORSNA, un organismo poco visible pero poderoso (ver <a title=\"Texto de Pablo Luciano Potenze\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gacetaeronautica.com\/gaceta\/wp-101\/?p=6536\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Acerca de los inconvenientes de ser trucho, improvisado e incompetente<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>En cualquier ambiente civilizado, este tema se hubiera tratado buscando una conciliaci\u00f3n. No lo sabemos, pero haberse llevado los aviones y negarse a operar fuera de El Palomar en esos t\u00e9rminos no parecen indicios menores.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, la empresa sigue vendiendo pasajes que no sabe si podr\u00e1 honrar, como si no pasara nada. Puede parecer un voto de confianza en el futuro, pero no debemos olvidar que el modelo de las empresas que dejan de operar es siempre el mismo: vender todo lo que se pueda y de un d\u00eda para el otro anunciar que no vuelan m\u00e1s. Lo hicieron Braniff, Pan American, Eastern, Continental, Dinar, Lapa, Transcontinental, Tame, Aerol\u00edneas Peruanas y muchas m\u00e1s. El 4 de diciembre PanAm dej\u00f3 de volar.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Sabemos que Flybondi nunca gan\u00f3 dinero en la Argentina, y tambi\u00e9n sabemos que est\u00e1 aqu\u00ed para ganarlo. Sabemos que todas las low cost que ingresan en un nuevo mercado saben que por un tiempo van a tener quebrantos hasta que el negocio madure. Tambi\u00e9n sabemos que, como est\u00e1n las cosas, va a pasar mucho tiempo hasta que este negocio madure si es que va a madurar. \u00bfTiene Flybondi espaldas para aguantar? \u00bfQuerr\u00e1 hacerlo? Son preguntas dif\u00edciles.<\/p>\n<h2>El due\u00f1o de la compa\u00f1\u00eda<\/h2>\n<p>Flybondi es propiedad de un fondo de inversi\u00f3n. En la aviaci\u00f3n argentina no estamos muy acostumbrados a esta figura, pero hubo algunos ejemplos anteriores, como American Falcon y actuales como JetSmart.<\/p>\n<p>En este caso, el fondo se llama Cartesian Capital Group y, seg\u00fan consta en su p\u00e1gina de internet (ver <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cartesiangroup.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cartesian Capital Group<\/a>), a lo largo de su historia ha administrado 2.500 millones de d\u00f3lares en m\u00e1s de cincuenta empresas. Dudamos porque todo parece indicar que en la Argentina no se podr\u00e1n hacer negocios aeron\u00e1uticos por mucho tiempo, y se supone que lo que quiere hacer esta empresa, como cualquier otra, es eso.<\/p>\n<p>De lo que s\u00ed estamos seguros es que el plan de negocios que pomposamente se present\u00f3 en las audiencias p\u00fablicas y que no se cumpli\u00f3 hasta 2019 con todo el apoyo del gobierno de entonces, es imposible de cumplir ahora, con una pandemia y un gobierno que no quiere competencia para la l\u00ednea a\u00e9rea estatal.<\/p>\n<p>Para seguir funcionando, el primer paso es tener otro plan, que sea aplicable y permita un funcionamiento sustentable.
