A. Briatore).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Para asegurar el \u00e9xito de la misi\u00f3n, la manera de conducir cumple un papel primordial. Llegar a ser \u201cl\u00edder\u201d no es sencillo. Aunque las caracter\u00edsticas de liderazgo son ineludiblemente necesarias en la vida militar, la aplicaci\u00f3n de estas caracter\u00edsticas son fundamentales en la vida empresarial.<\/p>\n<p>Ser elegidos exige cumplir una serie de requisitos. Aqu\u00ed las cinco principales caracter\u00edsticas con las que debe contar un l\u00edder.<\/p>\n<h2>La preparaci\u00f3n y capacidad de un l\u00edder<\/h2>\n<p>Al encontrarnos a cargo de un escuadr\u00f3n, una escuadrilla o una secci\u00f3n, ejercemos distintos niveles en la toma de decisiones. Para ello, hay que saber comunicarse, poder establecer metas y objetivos correctos, planificar, conocer las fortalezas de los subordinados y explotarlas al m\u00e1ximo. Buscar crecer uno mismo, avanzar y hacerlo extensivo hacia el entorno. A. Briatore).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Todos somos importantes<\/h2>\n<p>Cada piloto es un ser \u00fanico, poseedor de diferentes capacidades, las que nunca lo habilitan a trabajar en soledad. Como en cualquier actividad de la vida, llegaremos m\u00e1s lejos afrontando los desaf\u00edos en conjunto. Debemos sacrificar parte de lo personal por el equipo; en este caso, el escuadr\u00f3n. Explotar al m\u00e1ximo la capacidad del individuo, dando lugar a su iniciativa, aceptando sus sugerencias y analizando el disenso, siempre en un marco de respeto, mientras buscamos un mejor trabajo grupal. Debemos, entonces, dar preponderancia a lo colectivo, para magnificar el potencial del conjunto.<\/p>\n<h2>Sentido de la orientaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>No s\u00f3lo debemos saber c\u00f3mo llegar con precisi\u00f3n y en el tiempo exacto al objetivo, sino tambi\u00e9n, la manera de sortear los obst\u00e1culos, alcanzar las metas mediante una pormenorizada planificaci\u00f3n. No hay que dejar nada librado al azar. Todas estas virtudes son necesarias para alcanzar la victoria.<\/p>\n<h2>El l\u00edder debe predicar con el ejemplo<\/h2>\n<p>Es necesario contar con un l\u00edder, el que debe predicar con el ejemplo. No existe un liderazgo que se sostenga, solamente, imprimiendo \u00f3rdenes.<\/p>\n<p>Para liderar hay que saber c\u00f3mo hacerlo. El buen l\u00edder es quien, cuando imparte una orden, transforma la tarea en eficiente. De esta manera, al cumplirla, nos sentimos \u00fatiles, y percibimos que \u00e9l busca lo mejor para el conjunto, sin perder de vista el objetivo.<\/p>\n<p>Otra de las virtudes de un buen conductor es detectar los comportamientos o actitudes t\u00f3xicas que contaminen o atenten al necesario trabajo en equipo. Debe evitar, con autoridad y respeto, cualquier situaci\u00f3n que provoque divisiones.<\/p>\n<p>El l\u00edder es mucho m\u00e1s que un jefe, es quien toma decisiones acertadas y oportunas cuando nos dirige hacia una meta en com\u00fan. Es capaz de tomar la iniciativa, gestionar, convocar, promover, incentivar y evaluar los logros.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Acerca del autor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gacetaeronautica.com\/gaceta\/wp-101\/?author=75\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Luis Alberto Briatore<\/strong><\/a> naci\u00f3 en la ciudad de San Fernando (Buenos Aires) en el a\u00f1o 1960.<\/p>\n<p>Egres\u00f3 como alf\u00e9rez y aviador militar de la Escuela de Aviaci\u00f3n en 1981 (Promoci\u00f3n XLVII) y como piloto de combate de la Escuela de Caza en 1982. Fue instructor de vuelo en la Escuela de Caza y en aviones Mirage y T-33 Silver Star (Bolivia).<\/p>\n<p>A lo largo de su carrera en la Fuerza A\u00e9rea Argentina tripul\u00f3 entrenadores Mentor B45 y MS-760 Paris, aviones de combate F-86F Sabre, Mirage IIIC, IIIEA y 5A Mara y ocup\u00f3 distintos cargos operativos, tales como Jefe de Escuadr\u00f3n Instrucci\u00f3n X (Mirage 5 Mara\/Mirage biplazas) en la VI Brigada A\u00e9rea y Jefe del Grupo 3 de Ataque en la III Brigada A\u00e9rea.<\/p>\n<p>En el extranjero vol\u00f3 Mirage IIIEE como Jefe de Escuadrilla e Instructor en el Ala 111 del Ej\u00e9rcito del Aire (Valencia, Espa\u00f1a) y T-33 Silver Star como Instructor de Vuelo en el Grupo A\u00e9reo de Caza 32 y Asesor Acad\u00e9mico en el Colegio Militar de Aviaci\u00f3n en Santa Cruz de la Sierra (Bolivia).<\/p>\n<p>Su experiencia de vuelo incluye 3.000 horas de vuelo en reactores y 200 horas en aviones convencionales.<\/p>\n<p>Es tambi\u00e9n Licenciado en Sistemas A\u00e9reos y Aeroespaciales del Instituto Universitario Aeron\u00e1utico (C\u00f3rdoba, Argentina) y Master en Direcci\u00f3n de Empresas de la Universidad del Salvador \u2013 DEUSTO (Espa\u00f1a).<\/p>\n<p>Tras su pase a retiro en el a\u00f1o 2012, se dedic\u00f3 a la Instrucci\u00f3n en aviones convencionales PA-11 Cub y PA-12 Super Cub en el Aeroclub Tandil (Buenos Aires) y el Aeroclub Isla de Ibicuy (Entre R\u00edos) y en el a\u00f1o 2018 se emple\u00f3 como piloto en Royal Class (Aeroparque Jorge Newbery).<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente, reside en Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Para asegurar el \u00e9xito de la misi\u00f3n, la manera de conducir cumple un papel primordial.
