Ese exceso de confianza, a veces puede ser contraproducente, y de eso ha pecado el Management de Boeing cuando trabaj\u00f3 en el dise\u00f1o y certificaci\u00f3n de la ultima variante del 737. Dise\u00f1os apresurados, controles pasados por alto y dem\u00e1s fallas en una cultura organizativa deteriorada por la b\u00fasqueda constante de m\u00e1rgenes de ganancia, ha costado muy caro al fin y al cabo. Como dec\u00eda mi Abuela: \u201cMucha econ\u00f3mica, viene Carrolanza, y se la porta via\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Desde marzo 2019, Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas, ha dejado en tierra sus 5 Boeing 737 MAX 8. Tres de ellos en Aeroparque: LV-HKU, LV-GVD y LV-HKV. En Ezeiza han quedado el LV-GVE y LV-HKW, preservados seg\u00fan los lineamientos y requerimientos establecidos por Boeing.<\/p>\n<p>Varios meses han transcurrido, entre cambios de dise\u00f1o, denuncias, declaraciones de parte de Boeing, que por momentos carec\u00edan de sustento y una desconfianza generalizada del p\u00fablico. Un camino que se hacia cuesta arriba para el avi\u00f3n m\u00e1s popular de Boeing. Y finalmente, a mediados de 2020, los vuelos de prueba realizados en el Boeing 737 Max 7 \u2013 dado que contaba con todos los equipos de medici\u00f3n, para llevar a cabo los registros correspondientes, permiti\u00f3 ver la luz en el final del t\u00fanel y empezar a prepararse para el retorno a los cielos (resumen de la FAA con los vuelos de prueba realizados en este <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/MDgWYO3B5LY\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">video<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>La primera l\u00ednea a\u00e9rea en retornar servicios regulares fue Gol, el 9 de Diciembre de 2020 y para fin de Diciembre, ya ten\u00eda sus 7 Boeing Max 8 en condiciones y en operaci\u00f3n. A\u00fan queda pendiente la entrega de los 737 de Gol, que permanecen almacenados en Estados Unidos. Las modificaciones fueron realizadas in-situ y demora un par de horas de actualizaci\u00f3n del software.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas, no solo se realizar\u00e1 la actualizaci\u00f3n de software, sino que los aviones ser\u00e1n sometidos a un C-Check \u2013 luego de tanto tiempo almacenados. El designado para los esfuerzos de recertificaci\u00f3n fue el LV-HKU, ya que se ve\u00edan obligados a permanecer en tierra por los trabajos que se estaban realizando en la pista de Aeroparque. La primera es una te\u00f3rica en CeFePra, en Ezeiza. Y una segunda que tiene lugar en Miami, mas precisamente sesiones de simulador en las instalaciones de Boeing.<\/p>\n<p>Es as\u00ed que el 18 de marzo, se realiz\u00f3 un vuelo de prueba de 1.50hs, que incluyo volar hasta Mar del Plata y en ese tiempo, realizar las pruebas necesarias. Este vuelo fue posible una vez que se haya levantado la cl\u00e1usula de APLA, de la prohibici\u00f3n de volar el 737 Max. A posterior del vuelo de prueba, se recibi\u00f3 la autorizaci\u00f3n de la ANAC, dando luz verde al retorno de las operaciones, que tendr\u00eda lugar varios d\u00edas despu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Mas precisamente, el 23mar2021 Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas volvi\u00f3 a operar el Boeing 737-8MAX, el\u00a0LV-HKU\u00a0(cn 44293\/ 6753) realiz\u00f3 el vuelo AR1404, Aeroparque (Ciudad Aut\u00f3noma de Buenos Aires) &#8211; Mendoza, la nave fue estacionada en la posici\u00f3n 9 de la plataforma del aeropuerto y a las 13:49 hs parti\u00f3 con 8 pasajeros en clase ejecutiva y 154 en clase turista.\u00a0La tripulaci\u00f3n estuvo compuesta por el comandante Jos\u00e9 Ferrara y Copiloto Mariano Magari\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Desde entonces, el HKU esta realizando en promedio 2 vuelos por d\u00eda, con un solo destino; alternando entre Mendoza y C\u00f3rdoba. Se estima que, en los pr\u00f3ximos meses, a medida que las restricciones sanitarias vayan manteni\u00e9ndose o levant\u00e1ndose, permitir\u00e1 que los dem\u00e1s Max sean sometidos a los C-Check y actualizaciones correspondientes. El enfriamiento en la demanda de pasajeros, permite que el retorno sea paulatino; y por consecuencia, ha dejado que los aviones mas viejos de la flota, se hayan retirado, estandarizando aun mas la flota.
