principalmente para hacer una excursi\u00f3n de 12 d\u00edas con un grupo de amigos desde Lukla hasta el monte Gokyo, una elevaci\u00f3n de unos 5000 metros, y viceversa.<\/p>\n<p>Volamos de Katmand\u00fa a Lukla el 16\/04 en el <strong>Dornier 228 9N-AHS<\/strong> de Tara Air, y desde all\u00ed comenzamos nuestra caminata.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>Aeropuerto Lukla Tenzing-Hillary (LUA\/VNLK)<\/strong> est\u00e1 ubicado a una altura de 2.843 m (9.328 pies) y a menudo se le conoce como \u201cel aeropuerto m\u00e1s peligroso\u201d del mundo.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<figure Lundkvist).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Es el punto de partida para todos aquellos que quieran ir de excursi\u00f3n al campamento base del Everest, a unos 5-6 d\u00edas de distancia, y tambi\u00e9n para otros destinos de senderismo.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se encuentra en un entorno muy pintoresco rodeado por numerosas monta\u00f1as nevadas.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Aterrizaje en menos de 550 m<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>El aeropuerto dispone de una \u00fanica pista, la 06\/24, de 527 m (1.729 ft) de longitud y una pendiente del 11,7%.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<figure id=\"attachment_45672\" pista \u201c06\u201d est\u00e1 en el extremo inferior y justo al lado de un barranco profundo y la \u201c24\u201d en el extremo superior tiene la ladera de una monta\u00f1a justo al lado.<\/p>\n<p>Por pase.<\/p>\n<p>Debido a sus diversas limitaciones, todos los vuelos son operados por aviones commuter de los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os, tales como Twin Otters, Dornier 228 y LET en cinco minutos m\u00e1s o menos.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>30\u2019 sobre el Himalaya<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>El vuelo entre Katmand\u00fa y Lukla dura alrededor de 30 minutos, y los m\u00e1s o menos diez en estos d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>En ambos vuelos estuve sentado justo detr\u00e1s de la cabina y la puerta estuvo abierta todo el tiempo en ambos vuelos, lo que me dio la oportunidad \u00fanica de mirar directamente por la ventana de la cabina de pilotaje.<\/p>\n<p>Especialmente en la aproximaci\u00f3n y el aterrizaje en Lukla, esto fue bastante emocionante.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<figure Everest en numerosas ocasiones, salimos de Lukla el 28\/04 y nuestro grupo se registr\u00f3 alrededor de las 06:00 h.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abRegistrarse\u00bb en la estrecha y muy b\u00e1sica terminal es un asunto aparentemente desorganizado, con numerosos grupos que intentan lograr esto al mismo tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>A pesar de la confusi\u00f3n general, abordamos el <strong>Twin Otter 9N-AET<\/strong> de Tara Air seg\u00fan lo previsto, rodamos por la empinada pista a las 07:00 hs. y decolamos para un vuelo panor\u00e1mico y sin incidentes de media hora de regreso a Katmand\u00fa.<\/p>\n<hr
