151095<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En casi tres d\u00e9cadas de servicio operativo, registr\u00f3 una actividad larga e intensa tanto en tareas de entrenamiento como de combate que van desde la Guerra de momento estelar lleg\u00f3 a mediados de la d\u00e9cada de 1980, cuando se dio a conocer mundialmente al participar en <strong>Top Gun<\/strong>, la pel\u00edcula estrenada el 16\/05\/1986 donde era uno de los aviones que simulaban cazas MiG enemigos desafiando a las tripulaciones de F-14 Tomcat a perfeccionar sus mejores t\u00e1cticas de combate aire-aire.<\/p>\n<p>Volado por el piloto instructor, Mayor <strong>Rick \u00abJester\u00bb Heatherly<\/strong> (interpretado por el actor canadiense Michael Ironside), hizo que Pete \u00abMaverick\u00bb Mitchell (Tom Cruise), Nick \u00abGoose\u00bb Bradshaw (Anthony Edwards) y sus compa\u00f1eros sintieran \u00abla necesidad de la velocidad\u00bb\u2026<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_49054\" sent\u00eda inseguro sobre su actuaci\u00f3n como personaje militar: pensaba que no lo estaba haciendo bien y que su actuaci\u00f3n se sent\u00eda muy forzada.<\/p>\n<p>Un d\u00eda, un oficial subalterno que pasaba corriendo junto a \u00e9l, se detuvo en seco y salud\u00f3 a Ironside (que estaba vestido como su personaje) porque el joven pens\u00f3 que se enfrentaba a un oficial de la despu\u00e9s de realizar un total de 54.625 salidas de combate y lanzar 105.000 toneladas de artiller\u00eda durante el conflicto.<\/p>\n<p>A principios de la d\u00e9cada de 1980, fue reasignado a la <strong>NFWS<\/strong>, que originalmente se estableci\u00f3 como una \u00abescuela\u00bb dentro del escuadr\u00f3n <strong>VF-121<\/strong>, un Grupo A\u00e9reo de Reemplazo (RAG) con F-4 en
