Corban Lundborg &#8211; USAF).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<hr \/>\n<p>El Fairchild A-10C Thunderbolt II, con m\u00e1s de 40 a\u00f1os en servicio con la Fuerza A\u00e9rea de Estado Unidos, es el principal avi\u00f3n de ataque a tierra y apoyo a\u00e9reo cercano de esta instituci\u00f3n. Nunca fue vendido a ning\u00fan otro pa\u00eds y desde su entrada en servicio, particip\u00f3 en 6 conflictos, entre ellos la Guerra del Golfo en 1991. UU. y desde este a\u00f1o fue integrado al ejercicio Resolute Sentinel, el cual es un ejercicio del Comando Sur de los EE. UU. Cabe mencionar que Resolute Sentinel 2023 estaba previsto realizarse en Ecuador, sin embargo, por distintos motivos, este pa\u00eds desisti\u00f3 realizar el ejercicio en su territorio, por lo que el SOUTHCOM decidi\u00f3 realizar las coordinaciones para traer el ejercicio al Per\u00fa, a pesar de que est\u00e9 ya estaba programado como el pa\u00eds anfitri\u00f3n del ej\u00e9rcicio Resolute Sentinel 2024, por lo tanto el Per\u00fa ser\u00e1 sede dos a\u00f1os seguidos de este gran ejercicio militar que se realiza junto a pa\u00edses como Brasil, Chile, Estados Unidos, Reino Unido, entre
