combate: Desde que sali\u00f3 de f\u00e1brica, realiz\u00f3 maniobras en Europa, Oriente Medio, el Mar Caribe y Vietnam con la Marina estadounidense.<\/p>\n<p>Adquirido por la Fuerza A\u00e9rea Argentina, fue desplegado al sur de Argentina debido al conflicto con Chile por el Canal de Beagle, y finalmente fue derribado en 1982 en aguas del Atl\u00e1ntico Sur.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>En la Marina de los EE.UU.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>El Skyhawk #12755 fue fabricado en la planta de la <strong>Divisi\u00f3n Douglas El Segundo<\/strong> (California) en 1961, y fue destinado inmediatamente a la Armada a bordo del portaaviones USS \u201cWasp\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente, en 09\/1962, fue a bordo del USS \u201cIndependence\u201d (CVA-62) al Mar Caribe en apoyo al <strong>bloqueo a Cuba<\/strong> ordenado por el Presidente Kennedy.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente, se despleg\u00f3 en el Mar Mediterr\u00e1neo y el Atl\u00e1ntico Norte con el mismo portaaviones entre 1962 y 1964, volando con la <strong>Guerra de Vietnam<\/strong> con el VA-36 a bordo del USS \u201cAmerica\u201d entre 1966\/1967.<\/p>\n<p>En 06\/1967, tambi\u00e9n estuvo asignado con su escuadr\u00f3n en el Mediterr\u00e1neo, en el momento en que las hostilidades entre israel\u00edes y \u00e1rabes desembocaban en la <strong>Guerra de los Seis D\u00edas<\/strong>, proporcionando cobertura a\u00e9rea al USS \u201cLiberty\u201d, barco esp\u00eda de la NSA (Agencia de Seguridad Nacional de Estados Unidos), que fue atacado por error por las FDI israel\u00edes.<\/p>\n<p>A partir del 08\/1969, fue reasignado al VA-36 USS \u201cForrestal\u201d en el Mediterr\u00e1neo hasta su desactivaci\u00f3n del escuadr\u00f3n el 01\/08\/1970.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_51835\" 26\/03\/1974.<\/p>\n<p>El futuro C-305 fue adquirido en 1974, de los dep\u00f3sitos del AMARC con 4630,25 horas en su haber y despachado por v\u00eda mar\u00edtima, llegando al \u00c1rea de Material R\u00edo Cuarto, ARMACUAR, en 01\/1975.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>En la Fuerza A\u00e9rea Argentina<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La Fuerza A\u00e9rea Argentina (FAA) lo adquiri\u00f3 \u201ctal cual estaba\u201d entre 04\/12\/1975 con el Vicecomodoro <strong>Juan Carlos Gabarret<\/strong> a los mandos.<\/p>\n<p>El 06\/04\/1976 se traslad\u00f3 a Mendoza pilotado por el Capit\u00e1n Oliva, aterrizando a las 19:30 horas (hora local), y fue destinado a la IV Brigada A\u00e9rea el 06\/05\/1976 con 4.665,55 horas. El 23\/06\/1976 el Capit\u00e1n Juan Lupia\u00f1ez realiza su vuelo solo en el C-305.<\/p>\n<p>El 19\/01\/1978 formo parte de una escuadrilla de cinco aviones que escoltaban al presidente chileno, general <strong>Augusto Pinochet Ugarte<\/strong>, quien se encontraba de visita en Mendoza para reunirse con su hom\u00f3logo argentino, el teniente general <strong>Jorge Rafael Videla<\/strong>,
