Para la EANA fue una cuesti\u00f3n administrativa por la que instituy\u00f3 un sumario. A esta altura de la historia, estas cosas se analizan de otra manera.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan toda la informaci\u00f3n disponible el vuelo fue totalmente normal hasta que lleg\u00f3 el momento de ponerse en contacto con el aeropuerto de destino (Sauce Viejo, de la ciudad de Santa Fe), con el que no se pudo establecer ning\u00fan tipo de comunicaci\u00f3n radial. Seg\u00fan dicen algunos la m\u00e1quina recibi\u00f3 instrucciones de la vecina Paran\u00e1 para realizar un patr\u00f3n de espera pero, seg\u00fan se puede deducir del gr\u00e1fico de su trayectoria, vol\u00f3 a la deriva en un vuelo que reglamentariamente debi\u00f3 haber sido controlado en todo momento. Son dos situaciones inaceptables desde el punto de vista de la seguridad operacional, que no pueden etiquetarse alegremente de error humano, sancionar a un culpable y aqu\u00ed no ha pasado nada. Cuatro d\u00edas despu\u00e9s del hecho no hab\u00eda ninguna forma de llegar desde aqu\u00ed al \u00fanico comunicado que emiti\u00f3 la empresa sobre la cuesti\u00f3n, pero no era necesario, porque estaba en las redes.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Muy lejos de esto, la Empresa Argentina de Navegaci\u00f3n A\u00e9rea decidi\u00f3 tomar el tema como una cuesti\u00f3n interna de la empresa, y emiti\u00f3 un comunicado (que no pude encontrar en su p\u00e1gina web) cuyo contenido es el siguiente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Atribuye los hechos (que no niega) a \u201cfalta de comunicaci\u00f3n (del avi\u00f3n) con la torre de control\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Que \u201cla seguridad operacional estuvo garantizada en todo momento\u201d porque el avi\u00f3n tuvo comunicaci\u00f3n permanente con Ezeiza y Paran\u00e1.<\/li>\n<li>Considera que se trat\u00f3 de in \u201cincidente\u201d de gravedad.<\/li>\n<li>Informa haber iniciado una investigaci\u00f3n de manera inmediata y que \u201cse aplicar\u00e1n a los responsables las sanciones que sean necesarias para que esta situaci\u00f3n no vuelva a ocurrir\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Reitera que la seguridad en la navegaci\u00f3n a\u00e9rea nunca estuvo en riesgo, y a\u00f1ade que la seguridad es su m\u00e1xima prioridad, reafirmando \u201csu compromiso con los m\u00e1s altos est\u00e1ndares de operaci\u00f3n y control en el espacio a\u00e9reo argentino\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De esto se deduce que para la EANA hay un culpable a sancionar y, fundamentalmente, que la ropa sucia se lava en casa.<\/p>\n<p>En tiempos lejanos, anteriores al accidente de Dryden de 1989, estas cosas se resolv\u00edan as\u00ed, pero la seguridad y la investigaci\u00f3n de accidentes han progresado mucho desde entonces, y ahora sabemos que un hecho como \u00e9ste es la consecuencia de una serie de acontecimientos independientes que se concatenan para producir un resultado. No es una cuesti\u00f3n de que alguien se durmi\u00f3 o no estaba donde ten\u00eda que estar, es todo un sistema que permiti\u00f3 que ello ocurriera. En este caso, afortunadamente, no pas\u00f3 a mayores, pero el potencial de peligro de la situaci\u00f3n es innegable.<\/p>\n<p>Por eso es inaceptable que la EANA se desentienda de su responsabilidad y trate de buscar un culpable, que seguramente encontrar\u00e1 en alg\u00fan lado, e ignore que el hecho involucra a toda la agencia y su manera de ver las cosas.<\/p>\n<hr
