Estos fuertes cambios, que muchas veces se correspondieron con fen\u00f3menos de la historia mundial y otras veces respondieron a causas puramente vern\u00e1culas, tuvieron fuerte impacto en el \u00e1mbito aeron\u00e1utico; alterando pol\u00edticas y doctrinas operacionales militares, creando o destruyendo empresas aerocomerciales y zarandeando indefectiblemente a la siempre fr\u00e1gil industria nacional. Uno de esos giros hist\u00f3ricos indiscutibles fue la <strong>Revoluci\u00f3n Libertadora<\/strong> de 1955, acontecimiento que en el ambiente aeron\u00e1utico e industrial marca un antes y un despu\u00e9s para empresas, profesionales y trabajadores. Se puede coincidir o no con los postulados del movimiento militar que derroc\u00f3 a Juan D. Per\u00f3n. Lo que no se puede discutir es que su impacto en la industria aeron\u00e1utica nacional fue significativo.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.gacetaeronautica.com\/gaceta\/wp-101\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/pulqui-2.jpg?w=1140\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Desde fines de la d\u00e9cada de 1940, la principal industria aeron\u00e1utica transitaba una edad de oro en la que la disponibilidad de divisas en arcas gubernamentales, la profusi\u00f3n de ingenieros aeron\u00e1uticos alemanes, italianos y franceses desempleados y la disposici\u00f3n brit\u00e1nica a proveer motores y accesorios aeron\u00e1uticos de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n permitieron que las <b>Industrias Aeron\u00e1uticas y Mec\u00e1nicas del Estado (IAME)<\/b> se embarcaran en el sue\u00f1o de alcanzar la autonom\u00eda en el desarrollo y construcci\u00f3n de aeronaves de altas prestaciones y avanzada tecnolog\u00eda. Pero el agotamiento de las fuentes presupuestarias, lo ambicioso de algunos dise\u00f1os y la distracci\u00f3n en iniciativas ajenas al terreno aeroespacial conspiraron para diluir la fantas\u00eda de que Argentina lograr\u00eda ser una potencia aeron\u00e1utica comparable con las principales naciones del mundo. El golpe de 1955 no hizo m\u00e1s que rematar un proyecto que, hacia 1953, mostraba claros signos de estancamiento por falta de recursos y, por que no, por la aparici\u00f3n de algunos cuellos de botella t\u00e9cnicos propios del trabajo que en algunos casos bordeaba la frontera tecnol\u00f3gica de la \u00e9poca.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.gacetaeronautica.com\/gaceta\/wp-101\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/ia-43-4-copy.jpg?w=1140\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pero&#8230; \u00bfqu\u00e9 hubiese ocurrido si IAME no se hubiese distra\u00eddo en el proyecto que dio pie al nacimiento de la industria automotriz nacional, la gesti\u00f3n de proyectos hubiese sido m\u00e1s org\u00e1nica y los recursos estatales no se hubiesen agotado? El ingeniero e historiador Francisco G. San Mart\u00edn asegura que IAME daba empleo a m\u00e1s de 10.000 personas y estaba integrada por diez f\u00e1bricas, el Instituto Aerot\u00e9cnico y laboratorios y servicios administrativos comunes. A falta de uno, en el <b>Instituto Aerot\u00e9cnico<\/b> trabajaban tres grupos de desarrollo independientes: El grupo del ingeniero <strong>Jos\u00e9 F. Elaskar<\/strong> (I.A. 45 Querand\u00ed e I.A. 46 Ranquel), el del doctor <strong>Reimar Horten<\/strong> (I.Ae.34 Clen Ant\u00fa, I.A. 41 Urub\u00fa, I.A. 38 Naranjero, I.A. 37 e I.A. 48) y el del profesor <strong>Kurt Tank<\/strong> (I.Ae.33 Pulqui II, I.A. 35 Justicialista del Aire, I.A. 36 C\u00f3ndor II, I.A. 43 Pulqui III e I.A. 44 Super DL).<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.gacetaeronautica.com\/gaceta\/wp-101\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/ia-45-querandi-4-copy.jpg?w=1140\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La hip\u00f3tesis \u00abcontraf\u00e1ctica\u00bb a partir de la cual hemos construido esta ficci\u00f3n art\u00edstica es que los dise\u00f1os m\u00e1s consistentes de aquel per\u00edodo habr\u00edan logrado completar su proceso de desarrollo y el pa\u00eds habr\u00eda contado con recursos suficientes para producirlos en serie y re-equipar a distintas unidades de las fuerzas armadas y hasta a abastecer el mercado civil. A muy temprana edad, descubri\u00f3 que aviones y dibujo eran sus dos principales pasiones, motivo por el cual fusion\u00f3 ambos en bocetos y montajes como los que ilustran este reportaje.
