La aviaci\u00f3n comercial argentina est\u00e1 encerrada en esta trampa y, as\u00ed, el di\u00e1logo es imposible.<\/p>\n<p>Los resultados est\u00e1n a la vista, porque lo que a mediados del siglo pasado era una industria pujante y competitiva, con los modelos de aquella \u00e9poca, hoy ha sido superada por otros pa\u00edses, que han sabido adaptarse a los tiempos que corren y por eso tienen m\u00e1s empresas, m\u00e1s pasajeros, m\u00e1s trabajadores, y hacen mayores aportes a la econom\u00eda de sus pa\u00edses. Es bastante evidente que el primer paso para progresar es deponer estas actitudes y plantear un di\u00e1logo, que va a ser largo y dif\u00edcil.<\/p>\n<p>En este viejo dilema, <em>Cielos abiertos: venas abiertas<\/em>, un libro que proviene claramente del sector sindical, muestra un indicio tenue de cambio. Podemos estar de acuerdo o no con su postura, pero a partir de su texto se puede iniciar una discusi\u00f3n con buenos modales, algo que hace un tiempo era impensable en el corrosivo ambiente aeron\u00e1utico.<\/p>\n<p>Esto no significan que yo, personalmente, est\u00e9 de acuerdo con todo lo que se dice. Es un libro escrito \u201cen contra\u201d de la pol\u00edtica de Macri y de Milei desde la posici\u00f3n tradicional del sindicalismo argentino, y el resultado no es muy novedoso. Tambi\u00e9n apunto que hablar de \u201cvenas abiertas\u201d es una exageraci\u00f3n porque el sistema aeron\u00e1utico argentino no se est\u00e1 desangrando, est\u00e1 funcionando y est\u00e1 creciendo.<\/p>\n<p>Es f\u00e1cil demostrar que la revoluci\u00f3n de los aviones no logr\u00f3 sus grandes objetivos, pero eso podr\u00eda hacerse sin chicanas, y aqu\u00ed es donde la construcci\u00f3n del libro falla. Por ejemplo, reitera hasta el cansancio que desaparecieron Avian, Lan-Argentina, LASA, Norwegian, lo que considera una prueba irrefutable del fracaso del plan, pero no dice una palabra de la acci\u00f3n mancomunada de los sindicatos aeron\u00e1uticos para que esas empresas fracasaran, lo que incluy\u00f3 todo tipo de golpes bajos. No es la \u00fanica contradicci\u00f3n intelectual del trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>Pero lo que yo veo como problema de fondo es que el libro no hace propuestas, se limita a criticar pol\u00edticas que tuvieron mucho de criticable, se\u00f1ala que hay un movimiento que busca destruir a Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas e Intercargo, pero no plantear ninguna necesidad de cambio.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de esto, creo que saludable que los protagonistas hagan aportes como \u00e9ste al postergado debate que se debe la aviaci\u00f3n argentina.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Ficha t\u00e9cnica<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00edtulo<\/strong>: <em>Cielos abiertos:venas abiertas \u2013 C\u00f3mo Milei y Macri regalan la soberan\u00eda aerocomercial al capital extranjero.<\/em> A<strong>utores <\/strong>Roberto Reinoso y Fabio Basteiro<strong>.
