Domingorena se desvincul\u00f3, dando fin a una relaci\u00f3n de amistad que me dej\u00f3 muy gratos recuerdos, y los otros los enterr\u00e9 en lo m\u00e1s profundo del olvido. Nunca lo volv\u00ed a ver y me qued\u00f3 una duda: creo que al final nunca supe qui\u00e9n era.<\/p>\n<p>Retom\u00e9 mi labor period\u00edstica, en Radio Mitre, de donde fui despedido por telegrama colacionado, cuando la compr\u00f3 el grupo \u201cClar\u00edn\u201d, blanqueando una relaci\u00f3n que era \u201cblack\u201d (sic). Solo como presidente. La verdad, por lo menos yo te extra\u00f1o\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Al d\u00eda siguiente lo llam\u00e9 a Mario, creo que vino a mi estudio y conversamos y le dije que se estaba en un punto en el que era f\u00e1cil y dif\u00edcil, llegar a un acuerdo, porque las dos partes deb\u00edan retroceder y las dos partes hab\u00edan cometido errores.<\/p>\n<p>Al d\u00eda siguiente se reunieron Massolo con autoridades del ministerio y el paro se levant\u00f3. El s\u00e1bado se reanud\u00f3 la actividad.<\/p>\n<p>En el a\u00f1o 1990 cuando Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas, estaba al borde del colapso, ya que su flota era comercialmente obsoleta y no \u201chab\u00eda plata\u201d y tampoco aeroplanos adecuados para las rutas que se explotaban, \u201cse privatiz\u00f3\u201d y fue comprada en una operaci\u00f3n muy extra\u00f1a por Iberia, empresa en ese momento propiedad del estado espa\u00f1ol tambi\u00e9n al borde del colapso.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Concurso de acreedores y estatizaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Si bien la suerte de Aerol\u00ednea parec\u00eda sellada, esa sucesi\u00f3n de errores y horrores, Marsans incluida, la salvaron, se estatiz\u00f3 en 2008 y, mal que bien, sigue en actividad.<\/p>\n<p>La empresa se concurs\u00f3, en manos de la SEPI a fines del siglo XX y all\u00ed otra vez se salv\u00f3 de la quiebra, por una maniobra fraudulenta del grupo Marsans, tolerada por el tribunal interviniente, que admiti\u00f3 que la sociedad controlante de Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas-Air Comet-, pagara el total del capital insinuado a un grupo de empresas, entre ellas, el BBVA, el Citibank NA y el Amro Bank, Repsol, Argentina y Chile y la propia SEPI. Pero es evidente que tal decisi\u00f3n no gravitar\u00e1, como lo har\u00eda ahora, sobre la continuidad de una empresa que, en los \u00faltimos tiempos, ha demostrado voluntad y expectativas serias de evoluci\u00f3n comercial\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Esta dem\u00e1s decir, que nunca se continu\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n y el fraude quedo impune.<\/p>\n<p>En Espa\u00f1a fueron procesados Gonzalo Pascual, que muri\u00f3 durante el proceso, y Gerardo Diaz Ferran que fue condenado a tres a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n por fraude fiscal, en relaci\u00f3n a la administraci\u00f3n de Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas y Air Comet<\/p>\n<p>Antonio Mata Ramayo, el tercer integrante de los due\u00f1os del grupo Marsans, desapareci\u00f3 del medio. Lo \u00faltimo que supe es que estar\u00eda viviendo en el Sur de Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Concluimos nuestra serie
