Una soluci\u00f3n al problema pasa por crear una red de pilotos con formaci\u00f3n astandarizada. Con un mayor n\u00famero de pilotos listos para operar, las aerol\u00edneas pueden expandir su capacidad sin depender de disponibilidad externa.
