La recordaremos por el esp\u00edritu alegre de sus primeros tiempos, el maltrato permanente a los pasajeros, que fue parte de su estilo y la falta de seriedad de sus a\u00f1os finales, que dejaron un tendal de damnificados de los que nadie se har\u00e1 cargo. Tambi\u00e9n recordaremos a la autoridad aeron\u00e1utica pusil\u00e1nime que permiti\u00f3 que todo esto ocurriera.<\/p>\n<p>Naci\u00f3 en la Argentina en junio de 2016, aunque su gestaci\u00f3n se hizo fuera del pa\u00eds. Poco despu\u00e9s, en septiembre volvi\u00f3 a nacer como FB L\u00edneas A\u00e9reas, con el mismo socio principal. Al final de la historia, la aerol\u00ednea que conocimos como Flybondi, en realidad se llamaba FB L\u00edneas A\u00e9reas. El p\u00fablico, como ocurre siempre, acept\u00f3 la oferta y un a\u00f1o despu\u00e9s ten\u00eda una participaci\u00f3n del 8% del mercado dom\u00e9stico. Despu\u00e9s vivi\u00f3 el asedio del kirchnerismo, que hizo de todo para hacerle la vida imposible. Lo m\u00e1s grave fueron los intentos por bloquear el uso de El Palomar, pero hubo otros ataques, pol\u00edticos y period\u00edsticos (ver <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gacetaeronautica.com\/gaceta\/wp-101\/el-asedio-a-las-low-cost-i\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">El asedio a las lowcost (I)<\/a><\/em><\/strong> y <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gacetaeronautica.com\/gaceta\/wp-101\/el-asedio-a-las-low-cost-ii\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(II)<\/a><\/em><\/strong>). La flota, armada con aviones de ocasi\u00f3n, con muchos a\u00f1os a cuestas (el promedio rondaba los dieciocho) fallaba con frecuencia, y la capacidad propia de mantenimiento en el pa\u00eds era muy reducida (ver <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gacetaeronautica.com\/gaceta\/wp-101\/flybondi-ii-la-realidad\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Flybondi (II): La realidad<\/a><\/em><\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>Pero lo m\u00e1s grave fue que la ecuaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, a pesar de que Flybondi tuvo buenas ventas, nunca funcion\u00f3. La empresa para llenar sus aviones necesitaba vender barato, pero as\u00ed no pod\u00eda pagar sus costos operativos. Es la historia eterna de la aviaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Hubo muchos intentos de capitalizaci\u00f3n, se trat\u00f3 de cotizar en el NASDAQ, estuvo en venta sin que aparecieran interesados y finalmente se vendi\u00f3 al grupo COC Global Enterprise, que no supo qu\u00e9 hacer con ella. No es una trayectoria muy distinta de la de muchas aerol\u00edneas, locales y extranjeras.<\/p>\n<p>Para la historia de la aviaci\u00f3n argentina, Flybondi confirm\u00f3 la atracci\u00f3n er\u00f3tica de las tarifas y mostr\u00f3 una vez m\u00e1s la indefensi\u00f3n que tienen los pasajeros del sistema a\u00e9reo porque, si bien es cierto que ellos decidieron comprar sus boletos libremente, tambi\u00e9n es cierto que ninguna autoridad se ocup\u00f3 de defender a estos consumidores de lo que termin\u00f3 convirti\u00e9ndose en una estafa masiva a la luz del d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Flybondi fue una experiencia necesaria en un pa\u00eds en el que la regulaci\u00f3n siempre estrangul\u00f3 lo que la propia empresa denomin\u00f3 como \u201cla libertad de volar\u201d, pero sus propias contradicciones la terminaron destruyendo.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lleg\u00f3 la hora del r\u00e9quiem para la lowcost argentina.
