Aun as\u00ed, el publicista sac\u00f3 partido de la situaci\u00f3n (imagen: archivo Pablo Luciano Potenze).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<hr \/>\n<p align=\"justify\">Este aviso de ALA publicado en la revista Primera Plana el 6 de enero de 1967 parece hecho exactamente al rev\u00e9s de lo que indicar\u00eda la teor\u00eda publicitaria, porque las empresas siempre tratan de destacarse, de llamar la atenci\u00f3n por tener algo exclusivo, y aqu\u00ed el punto de atenci\u00f3n primario es decir que se opera con el m\u00e1s vulgar de los aviones.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Hay que leer todo el texto para encontrar la esencia aparente de la cuesti\u00f3n, usando aviones marca Douglas la empresa est\u00e1 con la tendencia de las principales aerol\u00edneas internacionales del mundo, pero por encima y por separado de esto, en materia de servicio se ubica en el nivel m\u00e1s elevado, que la colocan en una selecta minor\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Hasta aqu\u00ed podr\u00eda ser un mensaje un poco rebuscado pero v\u00e1lido, estamos donde hay que estar, con la tecnolog\u00eda m\u00e1s probada y con el servicio m\u00e1s selecto, pero no es verdad.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">El verdadero fondo de la cuesti\u00f3n es tecnol\u00f3gico, y es algo que para el anunciante est\u00e1 perdido por anticipado. ALA volaba con el Douglas DC-6B, sin duda un excelente avi\u00f3n desde todo punto de vista, pero en 1967 era un avi\u00f3n decididamente anticuado. Hab\u00eda sido dise\u00f1ado m\u00e1s de veinte a\u00f1os atr\u00e1s, ten\u00eda motores de pist\u00f3n y volaba a algo m\u00e1s de 500 kil\u00f3metros por hora a 6.000 metros de altura, donde est\u00e1n todas las tormentas. Al mismo tiempo su competidor directo \u2014Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas\u2014 hac\u00eda cinco a\u00f1os que operaba en las mismas rutas con el Caravelle, un jet puro que volaba a unos 850 kil\u00f3metros por hora por encima de las tormentas y ten\u00eda muchas ventajas sobre el modelo de Douglas que presentaba ALA.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Como ser\u00edan las cosas, que las tarifas de ALA eran menores que las de Aerol\u00edneas por la diferencia de avi\u00f3n. El servicio no incid\u00eda en el precio.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Unos meses m\u00e1s tarde ALA empezar\u00eda a operar con jets, y la competencia se plantear\u00eda en otros t\u00e9rminos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El 27 de Marzo de 1957 parti\u00f3 desde Aeroparque con destino a Rosario, el vuelo inaugural de la empresa de capitales rosarinos Aerotransportes Litoral Argentino.
