Entre todos los B-737 de Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas esta el de LAN, con la matricula ficticia CC-RAC (imagen: archivo&nbsp; Pablo Luciano Potenze).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Para el ambiente pol\u00edticamente correcto de los empleados de Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas Antonio Mata Ramayo fue el \u201cgran sat\u00e1n\u201d, una expresi\u00f3n que acu\u00f1\u00f3 el ayatollah Khomeini para referirse a Estados Unidos. Sin duda una exageraci\u00f3n, en ambos casos.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Mata Ramayo no ser\u00e1 recordado como un gran presidente de la empresa (\u00bfhubo alguno?), pero habr\u00e1 que reconocerle que la supo levantar \u2014con plata ajena, como siempre\u2014, que ten\u00eda una verborragia incontenible, que m\u00e1s o menos la mitad de las cosas que dijo no se cumplieron \u2014la otra mitad s\u00ed\u2014, y que tuvo la absoluta impericia necesaria para pelearse con todos los sectores de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Pero tambi\u00e9n quedar\u00e1 en esta historia como un hombre con sentido del humor.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">LAN Argentina, a su vez, quedar\u00e1 en la historia como una empresa que entr\u00f3 al mercado argentino por la ventana, utilizando testaferros (Aero2000) y generando una intriga que ning\u00fan funcionario serio podr\u00eda haber aceptado. Quiz\u00e1s \u00e9se sea el m\u00e9todo que funciona para crear una filial de una empresa chilena en Latinoam\u00e9rica, porque en Per\u00fa y Ecuador tambi\u00e9n hizo cosas raras.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Ricardo Alberto Cirielli es el personaje m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil de encasillar. Sin ninguna duda su obstinaci\u00f3n \u201csalv\u00f3\u201d a Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas en 2001 porque se neg\u00f3 a firmar el plan director de la SEPI, pero visto lo que vino despu\u00e9s habr\u00eda que preguntarse si vali\u00f3 la pena salvarla. Fue h\u00e1bil como sindicalista y como peronista, porque intuy\u00f3 para donde soplaba el viento y fue el primero en apoyar la candidatura de Kirchner. Eso le vali\u00f3 como premio ser nombrado Subsecretario de Transporte Aerocomercial en 2003. Su gesti\u00f3n admite muchas interpretaciones, pero hay una sola constante: todo lo que hizo \u2014desde la creaci\u00f3n de LAFSA en adelante\u2014 fue funcional a la creaci\u00f3n de LAN Argentina.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><figure style=\"width: 650px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.gacetaeronautica.com\/gaceta\/wp-101\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/lan11.jpg?resize=640%2C294\" width=\"640\" height=\"294\"><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">La filial argentina de LAN empez\u00f3 volando con Boeing B-737-200. Recibi\u00f3 cinco, pero probablemente nunca tuvo m\u00e1s de tres operativos a la vez. Las maquinas fueron matriculadas: LV-BBI, LV-BBM, LV-BBO, LV-BCB y LV-BCD. Los \u00faltimos B-737-200 que operados por LAN estuvieron almacenados en el aer\u00f3dromo de Mor\u00f3n despu\u00e9s de salir de servicio. La empresa los estacion\u00f3 all\u00ed porque era m\u00e1s barato que en un aeropuerto de AA2000, pero no confiaba en la seguridad del lugar, y por eso puso un vigilante al lado de cada avi\u00f3n. En la imagen los B-737-200 LV-BBO, LV-BBI y LV-BCD (foto Pablo Luciano Potenze).<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas, como no pod\u00eda ser de otro modo, siempre se opuso a la entrada de LAN-Chile o LAN-Airlines al mercado argentino. Cualquier empresa hubiera hecho lo mismo en su lugar, pero perdi\u00f3 la batalla, y Aero2000, que volaba con aviones pintados con los colores de LAN fue autorizada a instalarse en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Los buenos modales empresarios dicen que cuando entra al ruedo un competidor queda bien publicar un aviso d\u00e1ndole la bienvenida, y el 8 de junio de 2005 Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas, presidida por Mata Ramayo, lo hizo en todos los diarios y varias revistas para saludar a LAN. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">La imagen parece normal para una circunstancia de este tipo: una fila de aviones de Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas con uno de LAN entre ellos. Pero si se mira con cuidado, el fondo del mensaje est\u00e1 en la matr\u00edcula de este avi\u00f3n, que es CC-RAC. CC es el prefijo de Chile, o sea que se est\u00e1 diciendo claramente que no se trata de una empresa argentina, y RAC son las iniciales de Ricardo Alberto Cirielli, el funcionario que desde su cargo hizo posible este desembarco. El texto, que sostiene que LAN-Chile \u201ccontribuir\u00e1 al desarrollo aerocomercial de la Argentina, con el \u00fanico apoyo de su propia eficiencia\u201d es una iron\u00eda total frente a los manejos que hizo LAN para ser aceptada en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los buenos modales empresariales dicen que cuando entra al ruedo un competidor queda bien publicar un anuncio d\u00e1ndole la bienvenida.
