La carga por v\u00eda a\u00e9rea se ha convertido en un factor clave para abastecer las tiendas de bajo costo, con una tendencia al fast fashion. El modelo de negocio fast fashion, es la sustituci\u00f3n del modelo tradicional de temporadas oto\u00f1o\/invierno y primavera\/verano tradicional, por un ciclo de actualizaci\u00f3n casi constante de las colecciones, a fin de satisfacer la demanda de los consumidores mayoritariamente del primer mundo.<\/p>\n<p>En muchos casos, las prendas actualmente s\u00f3lo se quedar\u00e1n en las estanter\u00edas durante un mes o como mucho dos, antes de su renovaci\u00f3n. Para mantenerse al d\u00eda con la demanda de cambio permanente, las cadenas comerciales ya no pueden confiar \u00fanicamente en el transporte de carga por superficie, que anteriormente era el pilar de este rubro.<\/p>\n<p>El recambio frecuente de las colecciones no implica que estas se descarten, los productos no vendidos se vuelven a consolidar en el centro de distribuci\u00f3n y se vuelven a reenviar a otro pa\u00eds, \u00f3 continente, seg\u00fan el caso.<\/p>\n<p>Otro de los pilares del \u00e9xito de este tipo de empresas es la capacidad para derivar pedidos de un centro a otro. Son muy flexibles y agiles cuando tienen que responder a un gran pedido, siendo capaces de pas\u00e1rselo al centro log\u00edstico mejor comunicado para ganar en rapidez.<\/p>\n<p>Indudablemente otro de los pilares de este negocio es la producci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 648px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.gacetaeronautica.com\/gaceta\/wp-101\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/pilchas2.jpg?resize=648%2C432&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"carga a\u00e9rea\" width=\"648\" height=\"432\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Emirates Sky Cargo utiliza su hub en Dubai para centralizar la carga de Medio Oriente y enviarla a Europa (foto: Fernando Puppio).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>El transporte a\u00e9reo de carga<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Como resultado de esa premura en la llegada al consumidor, cada vez m\u00e1s se est\u00e1n enviando ropa, calzado y accesorios por v\u00eda a\u00e9rea.<\/p>\n<p>Este sistema de funcionamiento implica la creaci\u00f3n de grandes centros de distribuci\u00f3n en lugares estrat\u00e9gicos por su proximidad a los centros de consumo, y por su cercan\u00eda a aeropuertos que permitan la operaci\u00f3n de aeronaves de carga de gran porte. De esta manera las grandes empresas del mundo de la vestimenta se est\u00e1n posicionando en los centros de distribuci\u00f3n en todo el mundo. Estas bases se establecen mucho m\u00e1s cerca de los mercados donde se necesitan las prendas, lo que significa que un tiempo de transito mucho m\u00e1s cortos. Distancias menores a los centros de consumo y velocidad de transporte, hacen que el flete a\u00e9reo sea la elecci\u00f3n perfecta para el transporte y suministro sobre demanda .<\/p>\n<p>Cuando se trata de moda de alto standing, el modelo de negocio es un poco diferente, pero tambi\u00e9n se basa en el transporte a\u00e9reo. En este caso hablamos de vol\u00famenes de carga muy bajos, pero que tambien tienen su origen de distintas partes del mundo. Por tanto, las compa\u00f1\u00edas tienen que centralizar todas las entregas de las f\u00e1bricas y artesanos a nivel mundial en centro de distribuci\u00f3n normalmente en en Asia, Europa y Norteam\u00e9rica, y luego reenviar a boutiques de todo el mundo en cuesti\u00f3n de d\u00edas y semanas. Los plazos que se manejan en este ambiente normalmente son\u00a0 8-12 semanas de producci\u00f3n , seguido de un ciclo de distribuci\u00f3n de 8-10 semanas .<\/p>\n<p>Dado que las boutiques desean maximizar la oportunidad de ventas durante cada temporada, eso significa que la recepci\u00f3n de los \u00faltimos dise\u00f1os de f\u00e1brica debe ser tan pronto como sea posible &#8211; idealmente dentro de una semana de la temporada que comienza.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 648px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.gacetaeronautica.com\/gaceta\/wp-101\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/pilchas3.jpg?resize=648%2C432&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"carga a\u00e9rea\" width=\"648\" height=\"432\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Las aeronaves m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as tambi\u00e9n participan del negocio del transporte de ropa (foto: Fernando Puppio).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>On-line<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>El auge de la venta on-line al cliente final es otro motor de un mayor uso del transporte a\u00e9reo, entre otros sectores tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 la industria de la moda. La venta on-line al por menor significa que las marcas de moda pueden llegar a sus clientes de todo el mundo, con mucha m\u00e1s facilidad. El \u00fanico problema es que hace que la cadena de distribuci\u00f3n se torne m\u00e1s compleja. Si una cadena minorista de Espa\u00f1a adquiere sus productos en Asia, lo que es muy habitual, es necesario disponer existencias de ese producto en un centro de distribuci\u00f3n en Espa\u00f1a o al menos en Europa, antes de volver a reenviar esas prendas al cliente final. Este es un gran problema para log\u00edstico para los minoristas, pero tambi\u00e9n una oportunidad de llegar a m\u00e1s consumidores.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente, cuando se trata de moda, la carga a\u00e9rea est\u00e1 demostrando cada vez m\u00e1s importancia y potencial. Su velocidad hace que sea la opci\u00f3n perfecta tanto para las casas de moda de alta costura, como para las tiendas con <em>low cost<\/em> y <em>fast fashion<\/em> con una amplia clientela.
