Calificaci\u00f3n: 5 de 5.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Ediciones Argentinidad incorpora un nuevo t\u00edtulo a su Colecci\u00f3n Malvinas, en este caso en particular se trata de \u201cMalvinas Sobre el rastro de la Task Force\u201d cuyo autor es el comodoro Marcelo Conte, quien afortunadamente a trav\u00e9s de las p\u00e1ginas de esta obra logra rescatar del olvido las importantes acciones efectuadas por los Boeing 707 de la Fuerza A\u00e9rea Argentina (FAA) durante el conflicto de Malvinas, de las que hasta el momento solo algunas hab\u00edan visto la luz.  <\/p>\n<p>Cabe destacar que el comodoro Conte fue protagonista de muchas ellas por lo que narra los hechos de primera mano y a trav\u00e9s de los distintos cap\u00edtulos, el lector llega a sentirse dentro de la cabina del \u201csusurrante\u201d en medio de una de las arriesgadas misiones efectuadas dicha contienda.  <\/p>\n<p>Este libro se inicia con el pr\u00f3logo del comodoro (R) VGM Oscar Aranda Dura\u00f1ona, seguido por una tabla de acr\u00f3nimos empleados en la obra para un mejor entendimiento, a continuaci\u00f3n una breve introducci\u00f3n y cinco cap\u00edtulos. El primero de ellos sirve para que el lector se interiorice en los antecedentes de los Boeing 707, su incorporaci\u00f3n a la FAA, la creaci\u00f3n del Escuadr\u00f3n V, donde revistaron estas m\u00e1quinas durante su vida operativa, como el autor vivi\u00f3 el 2 de abril, d\u00eda de la recuperaci\u00f3n de las islas Malvinas, distintos detalles sobre la isla Ascenci\u00f3n, empleada por los brit\u00e1nicos como base log\u00edstica y para emprender las misiones de bombardeo Black Buck. La formaci\u00f3n del Departamento de Exploraci\u00f3n y Rescate A\u00e9reo y Operaciones Espaciales y la Orden de Operaciones N\u00b0 04\/82 que sirvi\u00f3 para dar una org\u00e1nica, racionalizar personal y material de vuelo y enmarcar doctrinariamente las operaciones que se ven\u00edan efectuando desde el 6 de abril.  <\/p>\n<p>El segundo cap\u00edtulo se encarga de comentar algunas de las caracter\u00edsticas de las aeronaves y configuraciones, los vuelos de traslados de efectivos en configuraci\u00f3n \u201cVietnam\u201d y de materiales a las bases de despliegue en la Patagonia.  <\/p>\n<p>El tercer cap\u00edtulo est\u00e1 dedicado enteramente a las misiones m\u00e1s sobresalientes del Boeing 707, las primeras misiones de Exploraci\u00f3n y Reconocimiento Lejano (ERL) en busca de la Task Force que se aproximaba a la zona del conflicto, y como el peligro en las mismas se iba intensificando con el correr del tiempo, las interceptaciones por parte de los Sea Harrier, la descripci\u00f3n de los pormenores de las mismas, el empleo del transponder como un RWR rudimentario, el establecimiento de las zonas ERL, las sucesivas misiones durante abril, mayo y junio siguiendo a la flota, el avistamiento del submarino HMS Onyx, el cruce en pleno vuelo de uno de los 707s con un Bae Nimrod que tambi\u00e9n se encontraba en misi\u00f3n de exploraci\u00f3n mar\u00edtima y el peligroso escape que debi\u00f3 efectuar el TC-92 al ser atacado con varios misiles Sea Dart lanzados por el HMS Cardiff.  <\/p>\n<p>El cap\u00edtulo IV est\u00e1 compuesto por otros vuelos de gran importancia para el Escuadr\u00f3n V, entre ellos los pormenores del primer vuelo hacia Libia para el traslado de armamento y otros elementos y el dispositivo de enga\u00f1o para evadir a la inteligencia brit\u00e1nica y de otros pa\u00edses del TC-93 convertido en SIGINT en Israel, este contiene interesantes datos in\u00e9ditos sobre el equipamiento que recibi\u00f3 esta m\u00e1quina. Tambi\u00e9n encontramos un interesante el relato de un vuelo para probar las caracter\u00edsticas de los 707 con el fin de una eventual modificaci\u00f3n a bombardero para ataque a blancos navales, idea que posteriormente fuera descartada.  <\/p>\n<p>En el cap\u00edtulo V se hace un an\u00e1lisis del factor humano durante la guerra. Finalmente encontramos un epilogo y un anexo con datos referidos a los \u00faltimos vuelos de los 707, los n\u00fameros de estas aeronaves durante la contienda, conteniendo, cantidad de misiones, horas voladas, carga transportada, personal trasladado, aeropuertos empleados, etc. A lo que se suma un interesante listado de misiones cumplidas por el Sistema de Armas, varias fotograf\u00edas,
