Fue una fecha destacada en la historia de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, que al d\u00eda siguiente public\u00f3 en todos los diarios el aviso que ilustra este art\u00edculo.<\/p>\n<p>Lo primero que detecta cualquier spotter es que el avi\u00f3n de la foto, si bien es un Boeing 707, no est\u00e1 pintado con los colores de Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas. Quiz\u00e1s sea de Pan American, pero est\u00e1 claro que la l\u00ednea central termina en los parabrisas, mientras que en el dise\u00f1o de la empresa argentina terminaba en la nariz. Probablemente con la urgencia no consiguieron una foto aut\u00e9ntica, o consideraron que no val\u00eda la pena ser precisos en eso.<\/p>\n<p>Siguiendo el texto, aparece la frase \u201ces el primer Boeing que volar\u00e1 con dotaci\u00f3n argentina. Por eso ser\u00e1 el Boeing que volar\u00e1 mejor\u201d. Parece un texto chovinista m\u00e1s en la historia de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, pero es algo m\u00e1s que eso, porque es una clara explotaci\u00f3n de las circunstancias del momento.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 650px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.gacetaeronautica.com\/gaceta\/wp-101\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/equivocado2.jpg?resize=650%2C433&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Boeing 707\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Un Boeing 707 con el esquema original con el que estas m\u00e1quinas llegaron al pa\u00eds. Como se puede apreciar, la l\u00ednea central que une las ventanillas desciende hacia la trompa, a diferencia de la publicada en el aviso que comentamos (foto: Vito Cedrini)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>El mito<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Uno de los mitos urbanos que circulaban en el pa\u00eds en ese tiempo era que los pilotos argentinos eran los mejores del mundo. No s\u00e9 de d\u00f3nde sali\u00f3, pero era algo que se repet\u00eda en muchos ambientes, y que acababa de ser reforzado por una circunstancia extrema.<\/p>\n<p>Pocos d\u00edas antes de la llegada del Boeing, el 28 de septiembre, un DC-4 de la empresa estatal (LV-AGG) fue secuestrado por un grupo nacionalista de dieciocho personas, y a punta de pistola fue obligado a desviarse a las Malvinas. La maniobra del aterrizaje, que se hizo en un hip\u00f3dromo, fue impecable, nadie fue lastimado, y el avi\u00f3n no sufri\u00f3 da\u00f1o alguno.<\/p>\n<p>Evidentemente, la empresa aprovech\u00f3 esta an\u00e9cdota para reforzar el mito.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 644px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.gacetaeronautica.com\/gaceta\/wp-101\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/equivocado3.jpg?resize=644%2C429&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"644\" height=\"429\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">El hip\u00f3dromo de Port Stanley en 1966 cuando el DC-4 que se ve atr\u00e1s aterriz\u00f3 \u201csin novedad\u201d luego de ser secuestrado.
