La empresa ingres\u00f3 al mercado regional hace m\u00e1s de 60 a\u00f1os y actualmente detenta una participaci\u00f3n del 37% (m\u00e1s de 1.670 aeronaves y m\u00e1s de 540 operadores en el \u00e1rea) y, demostrando el alto potencial de mercado de la regi\u00f3n, en 2012 y 2013 vendi\u00f3 en Am\u00e9rica Latina m\u00e1s helic\u00f3pteros que en cualquier otra regi\u00f3n del mundo (excepto Norteam\u00e9rica, naturalmente). Para mantener ese impulso, la compa\u00f1\u00eda present\u00f3 en Chile el\u00a0Bell 407GT y el Bell 429WLG (ambos modelos lanzados en 2013) tanto est\u00e1ticamente como en vuelos de demostraci\u00f3n. Y el reci\u00e9n lanzado Bell 505 Jet Ranger X tambi\u00e9n fue expuesto mediante una mock-up de escala real que ilustraba su configuraci\u00f3n policial.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">El fabricante define al miembro m\u00e1s reciente de la familia\u00a0<\/span>Bell Helicopter, el\u00a0<strong>Bell 505 Jet Ranger X<\/strong>, como un producto concebido por el cliente en el cual se integraron sistemas probados, tecnolog\u00edas avanzadas y un dise\u00f1o estilizado y moderno. El modelo est\u00e1 focalizado en la seguridad, la performance y la\u00a0asequibilidad. Equipado con un sistema de avi\u00f3nica\u00a0Garmin G1000H para maximizar la percepci\u00f3n situacional del piloto y propulsado por un turboh\u00e9lice\u00a0Turbomeca Arrius 2R con sistema de control FADEC (Full\u00a0Authority Digital Engine Control) de dos canales, el modelo posee un conjunto rotor de alta inercia que proporciona capacidades de autorrotaci\u00f3n superiores a la medial actual.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>Bell 407GT<\/strong>\u00a0es la variante artillada del exitoso\u00a0Bell 407GX y califica para operar una gama de sistemas de armas, desde armas livianas hasta municiones avanzadas guiadas por l\u00e1ser. En este modelo esencialmente comercial, se integran un tablero de vuelo digital\u00a0Garmin G1000HTM con capacidad para administrar armamentos de precisi\u00f3n.
