Quedaron atr\u00e1s los tiempos del romanticismo y de la aventura, entre otras cosas porque es imposible pensar en romanticismo dentro de un cilindro de aluminio y pl\u00e1stico apretujado con cien o m\u00e1s personas, tambi\u00e9n apretujadas, y en cuanto a la aventura, mejor tenerla lejos en estos tiempos de terrorismo y megacat\u00e1strofes.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">La \u00e9poca de los grandes viajes, con servicios de lujo y la magia de volar abandonando la tierra y sus duras cadenas definitivamente termin\u00f3. La mataron los jets, el terrorismo, las crisis petroleras, la desregulaci\u00f3n, las empresas de bajo costo y la sociedad de masas. A cambio de que millones de empleados de clase media puedan tener vacaciones en las playas del Caribe o visitar a sus familias hubo que aceptar la propuesta de Laker, que dec\u00eda que un avi\u00f3n no se diferencia de un tren suburbano.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Incluso si miramos bien las \u201clujosas\u201d primeras clases de los aviones de hoy, veremos un ambiente mucho m\u00e1s parecido a una oficina que a un sal\u00f3n de fiestas, que era lo que quer\u00edan emular los grandes paquebotes o el Expreso de Oriente, que s\u00ed ten\u00edan claro el romanticismo de los viajes.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">No obstante esta dura realidad, la magia de volar y los viajes rom\u00e1nticos nunca desaparecieron del imaginario universal y algunas empresas tratan de reeditarlas cada tanto.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Dentro de este grupo Air France es, a mi juicio, una de las m\u00e1s destacadas. La imagen que acompa\u00f1o es un poster titulado El sue\u00f1o azul (Le r\u00eave blue) que plantea con gran econom\u00eda de medios una idealizaci\u00f3n po\u00e9tica del vuelo rom\u00e1ntico dif\u00edcilmente igualable. Fue publicada en 1977 (una fecha en la que ya exist\u00eda el Jumbo) y su autor es Raymond Savignac (1907-2002), uno de los grandes de la ilustraci\u00f3n mundial.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Con el correr de los a\u00f1os la empresa francesa (que hoy por hoy no es tan francesa porque est\u00e1 abierta al capital internacional) ha realizado diversas campa\u00f1as en las que ha potenciado la idea m\u00e1gica del vuelo y el placer que significa. En 1999 lanz\u00f3 una campa\u00f1a con el lema faire du ciel le plus bel endroit de la terre, que podr\u00eda traducirse como \u201chacer del cielo el m\u00e1s hermoso lugar de la tierra (ver <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gacetaeronautica.com\/dossier_air_france.PDF\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>), que este a\u00f1o dio a luz la pel\u00edcula L\u2019envol (El despegue), basada en la danza y la m\u00fasica de Mozart.<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<p align=\"center\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/6V3N0LSLR94?rel=0\" width=\"625\" height=\"348\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los viajes en avi\u00f3n y lo que ello representan ha cambiado mucho, en especial en los \u00faltimos 10 a\u00f1os.
