Hubo muchos. El 15 de noviembre de 2013 @sabrinamil public\u00f3 esta foto en su Twitter y sirvi\u00f3 para que varios diarios la recogieran y la noticia trascendiera).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Las l\u00edneas a\u00e9reas tienen como actitud constante ante los problemas de seguridad, cualesquiera ellos sean, la pol\u00edtica de esconderlos y ocultar la verdad con eufemismos a la hora de dar explicaciones. El colmo de esta cultura del tapujo son los equipos de pintores que se mandan para tapar las insignias de los aviones accidentados.  <\/p>\n<p>Otrora las aerol\u00edneas ten\u00edan prestigio de organizaciones serias, el p\u00fablico no estaba muy informado y, de alguna manera, su actitud frente al resto del mundo funcionaba con el principio de yo mando, t\u00fa obedeces.  <\/p>\n<p>Pero estas cosas cambiaron en el siglo XXI. Hoy, despu\u00e9s de demasiados esc\u00e1ndalos y quiebras normales y fraudulentas que han trascendido gracias a la prensa y la justicia, pocos creen que las empresas de aviaci\u00f3n sean serias. Todav\u00eda se admite que tienen buenos records de seguridad, pero hasta ah\u00ed.  <\/p>\n<p>Los ciudadanos y los pasajeros, adem\u00e1s, est\u00e1n mucho m\u00e1s informados. Usando internet con un poquito de oficio se pueden averiguar en minutos cosas que las empresas siempre consideraron un secreto de estado, como la edad de los aviones, los incidentes que tuvieron, qui\u00e9n los mantiene, si estuvieron abandonados en alg\u00fan desierto y muchas otras cosas.  <\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 650px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.gacetaeronautica.com\/gaceta\/wp-101\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/rm2.jpg?w=1140\"><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">La foto es mala, pero tiene valor testimonial. Fue tomada el 7 noviembre de 2013 en Aeroparque y recorri\u00f3 la red de punta a punta.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Cuando pasa algo fuera de lo normal, o que parece fuera de lo normal, arden las redes sociales. Cada participante da su versi\u00f3n del asunto, algunas son ver\u00eddicas, otras delirantes, pero todas aut\u00e9nticas porque son la verdad de cada uno de los que estuvieron all\u00ed.  <\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed las cosas, el viejo concepto de que las l\u00edneas a\u00e9reas (o cualquier otra empresa) puede mantener un contacto as\u00e9ptico con el p\u00fablico a trav\u00e9s de una oficina de comunicaciones, relaciones p\u00fablicas, un vocero o como se la quiera llamar, ha quedado totalmente desactualizado. Lo que antes se lograba ocultar f\u00e1cilmente, como por ejemplo que un avi\u00f3n hab\u00eda reventado un neum\u00e1tico, ahora se publica en las redes y es recogido por los diarios, y los comunicadores de las l\u00edneas a\u00e9reas llegan indefectiblemente tarde para explicar (todav\u00eda bastante mal) cosas que antes nunca trascend\u00edan.  <\/p>\n<p>Pero esto no acaba aqu\u00ed. Viejos maltratos secretos, como la sobreventa, las demoras y hasta el personal agresivo hoy toman estado p\u00fablico con la velocidad de la luz.  <\/p>\n<p>Guste o no, la realidad dice que ha llegado el momento de cambiar. Las empresas no tienen m\u00e1s remedio que blanquear cada cosa que ocurre en sus aviones, cada overbooking, cada valija que se pierde, porque de lo contrario quedan, como dec\u00eda mi abuela, haciendo \u201cpapel de idiota\u201d. Algunas lo est\u00e1n haciendo, otras todav\u00eda no se han dado cuenta.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 650px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.gacetaeronautica.com\/gaceta\/wp-101\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/rm3.jpg?w=1140\"><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ya no es necesario tener corresponsales en los aeropuertos.
