height: 376px;\" \/> <\/a> <div class=\"tiled-gallery-caption\" itemprop=\"caption description\"> Formaciones de aviones y personal (foto: Andr\u00e9s Rangugni) <\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <!-- close group --> <\/div> <!-- close row --> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Bajo una limitada y amenazante meteorolog\u00eda, el pasado 21 de mayo en la denominada \u201cCuna de la Aviaci\u00f3n de Caza\u201d argentina, la IV Brigada A\u00e9rea, en la Provincia de Mendoza, tuvo lugar el primer Vuelo Solo de ocho oficiales que se encuentran efectuando el Curso de Estandarizaci\u00f3n de Procedimientos para Aviones de Combate (CEPAC).<\/p>\n<p>En esta oportunidad, la ceremonia estuvo presidida por el Jefe de Estado Mayor General de la Fuerza A\u00e9rea Argentina (JEMGFAA), Brigadier General VGM Mario Miguel Callejo, el Comandante de Adiestramiento y Alistamiento Brigadier VGM Mario Fernando Roca, el Jefe de la IV Brigada A\u00e9rea Comodoro Xavier Juli\u00e1n Isaac, junto a autoridades de las distintas unidades y organismos de la FAA e invitados especiales.<\/p>\n<p>La ceremonia tuvo su inicio con el saludo a los efectivos formados por parte del Comodoro Xavier Isaac y del JEMGFAA, seguidamente, la Banda de M\u00fasica y Guerra de la unidad procedi\u00f3 a ejecutar los acordes del Himno Nacional, tras lo cual el ayudante del Jefe del Grupo 4 de Caza dio lectura a la Orden de Grupo N\u00famero 03\/2014, en la que consta que ,\u201c<em>Visto el informe producido por el Jefe de Escuadr\u00f3n I IA-63 Pampa acerca del desempe\u00f1o en vuelo de los cursantes y considerando que es deber de la superioridad velar por el respeto y resguardo de las m\u00e1s caras tradiciones de la Fuerza A\u00e9rea Argentina. Que los oficiales cursantes del Curso de Estandarizaci\u00f3n de Procedimientos para Aviones de Combate CEPAC, a\u00f1o 2013\/2014 han superado satisfactoriamente las primeras exigencias del curso. El Jefe del Grupo 4 de Caza ordena:<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em>Dese por aprobado la fase familiarizaci\u00f3n de pilotaje, acrobacia, instrumental y formaci\u00f3n en el Sistema de Armas IA-63 Pampa II al personal que se detalla: Teniente Lucero Mart\u00edn, Teniente Ludue\u00f1a Nicol\u00e1s, Teniente Actis Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda, Teniente Barrera Leandro Daniel, Teniente Longhi Carlos Mat\u00edas, Teniente Liva Mart\u00edn Lucas, Teniente Rosas Carames Francisco Ra\u00fal, Teniente Campagna Rafael Ignacio. <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Organ\u00edcese la realizaci\u00f3n del tradicional vuelo solo en el Sistema de Armas anteriormente citado para el d\u00eda 21 de mayo de 2014. <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Confecci\u00f3nense los correspondientes diplomas que acreditan la realizaci\u00f3n del vuelo solo por parte de los oficiales cursantes. <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Autor\u00edcese el uso del pa\u00f1uelo y escudo del Escuadr\u00f3n IA-63 Pampa II a los oficiales cursantes. <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Publ\u00edquese e la Orden de Grupo, arch\u00edvese en el Grupo 4 de Caza. <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>Firmado Comodoro Pedro Notti, Jefe de Grupo 4 de Caza.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Luego el Capell\u00e1n de la unidad, Padre Sergio Tejada, efectu\u00f3 una invocaci\u00f3n religiosa y la tradicional bendici\u00f3n de escudos, pa\u00f1uelos y diplomas.<\/p>\n<p>Para referirse a la ceremonia el Comodoro Pedro Notti, Jefe del Grupo 4 de Caza hizo uso de la palabra expresando lo siguiente, \u201c<em>Quiero tomar unos breves instantes para mirar esta imagen que tengo ante mi y recordar lo que hace unos cuantos a\u00f1os tambi\u00e9n me toc\u00f3 vivir a mi, me sale hoy un gracias muy grande por el gran esfuerzo que todos han hecho por estar hoy aqu\u00ed presentes, las distintas unidades de la Fuerza A\u00e9rea que sorteando la mala meteorolog\u00eda han llegado hoy aqu\u00ed y otras que desgraciadamente no nos pueden acompa\u00f1ar por esa situaci\u00f3n adversa. Tambi\u00e9n agradecer profundamente a todo el personal de la IV Brigada A\u00e9rea que ha preparado todo este lindo festejo, al personal que d\u00eda a d\u00eda nos mantiene las aeronaves para que podamos desarrollar nuestra actividad a\u00e9rea, al Grupo Base que mantiene nuestra unidad, Jefatura de Brigada que nos acompa\u00f1a con todo, Operaciones, etc\u00e9tera. Somos un equipo, el personal civil, personal voluntario, los suboficiales, los oficiales, un engranaje, todos somos importantes. Lo cierto es que ustedes van emplumando de a poquito y como aquella vez que en la Escuela de Aviaci\u00f3n hicieron ese primer vuelo solo en la querida Escuela hoy lo repiten aqu\u00ed en un avi\u00f3n de dise\u00f1o nacional, doble orgullo, un avi\u00f3n propio, hecho por la Rep\u00fablica Argentina. Se lo merecen se\u00f1ores, se lo han ganado, sigan en ese camino, el camino de la profesionalidad, investiguen, pregunten, sean inquietos, que desde las preguntas de ustedes tambi\u00e9n los instructores aprenden d\u00eda a d\u00eda. Para finalizar quiero honrar a nuestros h\u00e9roes y decirles que debemos honrarlos con nuestro trabajo diario y me permito con la autorizaci\u00f3n, del hoy aqu\u00ed presente, el autor de estas palabras, el Comodoro Refosco, decirles, se que no has muerto, est\u00e1s en el viento, tu cabina espera, testigo es tu asiento, tu alma regresa y en nosotros queda si retumba el grito de los no hay quien pueda.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n los oficiales instructores del Escuadr\u00f3n IA-63 Pampa II hicieron entrega de pa\u00f1uelos, escudos y diplomas a los oficiales que efectuaron el vuelo solo quienes posteriormente rubricaron el Libro de Oro del Escuadr\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Tras ello, el JEMGFAA y el Comandante de Adiestramiento y Alistamiento, hicieron entrega de presentes a los oficiales que realizaron el vuelo solo. M\u00e1s tarde, el Jefe de la IV Brigada A\u00e9rea entreg\u00f3 una menci\u00f3n especial al Mayor Jer\u00f3nimo Mart\u00edn Rodr\u00edguez Senes, Jefe del Escuadr\u00f3n IA-63 Pampa II, quien luego fue felicitado por el Presidente de la F\u00e1brica Argentina de Aviones \u201cBrigadier San Mart\u00edn\u201d S. A. (FAdeA) Mat\u00edas Juli\u00e1n Savoca, mientras que el Comodoro Pedro Notti junto a Franco Jonatan Giuggioloni, vicepresidente de FAdeA, hicieron entrega de una menci\u00f3n similar al Capit\u00e1n Anibal Gonz\u00e1lez, debido a que ambos pilotos alcanzaron las 1.000 horas de vuelo en el Sistema de Armas. Seguidamente la Banda de M\u00fasica y Guerra de la unidad ejecut\u00f3 la marcha Alas Argentinas, que fue entonada por todos los presentes. Entrada la tarde el Brigadier Callejo hizo uso de la palabra expresando lo siguiente, \u201c<em>Quiero expresarles la satisfacci\u00f3n y alegr\u00eda, por el vuelo solo en la capital de la aviaci\u00f3n de caza de la Fuerza A\u00e9rea Argentina, realmente felicito en persona al Jefe de la IV Brigada A\u00e9rea, y tambi\u00e9n a toda su gente, oficiales, suboficiales, personal civil que trabaj\u00f3 para sacar estos ocho pilotos en vuelo solo el d\u00eda de hoy. No es otra satisfacci\u00f3n, no solo es compartida, sino que la compartimos en toda la Fuerza A\u00e9rea, los vuelos solos nuevamente, queremos, toda la conducci\u00f3n, que vuelvan a ser los vuelos solos de antes, que obviamente eran buenas celebraciones y de la cual ten\u00edamos, est\u00e1bamos casi toda la Fuerza A\u00e9rea, porque era una fiesta, realmente de la Fuerza. A los ocho pichones que salieron hoy, realmente me siento orgulloso de ustedes, los premio por el esfuerzo, por la dedicaci\u00f3n, y por todo lo que han hecho para conseguir este logro y no se olviden hablando metaf\u00f3ricamente que ustedes cuando salen a volar ahora que tiene pocas horas de vuelo tienen en una mano una bolsa vac\u00eda de experiencia y en otra mano tienen una bolsa llena de suerte el asunto es que a trav\u00e9s de su vida profesional vayan pasando, vayan llenando la bolsa de experiencia sin agotar nunca la bolsa de la suerte, no se olviden jam\u00e1s de eso.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Y para todo el personal, nuestra profesi\u00f3n, nuestro trabajo no es un <\/em>(ilegible)<em>, es realmente, lo que tenemos que llevar en el alma, en el coraz\u00f3n dentro, lo que es la instituci\u00f3n de la Fuerza A\u00e9rea y por eso el orgullo y el sentido de pertenencia es lo que debemos recuperar y debe estar por encima de todo y por cualquier otro trabajo, el orgullo de pertenecer a la Fuerza, el orgullo de tener sus valores, el orgullo de tener esta tradici\u00f3n que a trav\u00e9s de los a\u00f1os sigamos nuestro objetivo en todas las especialidades y es lo que nos debe hacer ir al futuro. Estos escudos que tenemos en el buzo de vuelo no son para hacernos bonitos o para adornar el buzo de vuelo, tienen mucho significado, tienen mucha historia, tienen mucho compromiso, de hombres y mujeres que han peleado, hombres y mujeres que han tenido sus problemas y salieron a flote dentro de lo que es la instituci\u00f3n. Los convoco porque yo tengo muy buenas razones para tener buenas esperanzas en el futuro, tanto en material, tanto en personal, tengo la esperanza de que vamos a ir levantando, de a poco pero vamos a ir levantando. Esta unidad particularmente tiene una gran cuota de esperanza por parte de FAdeA que tenemos ac\u00e1 en este momento al se\u00f1or presidente, dentro de los cuales esperemos que siempre tengamos buenas noticias para que podamos ir incrementando el n\u00famero de Pampas para poder tener una buena Escuela de Caza como corresponda y con muchos alumnos. III de B\u00fasqueda, Rescate y Tareas Especiales (foto: Esteban Brea) <\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <!-- close group --> <\/div> <!-- close row --> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Los \u201cvisitantes\u201d<\/h2>\n<p>Las malas condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas imperantes en el centro norte del pa\u00eds, lamentablemente conspiraron con tan importante jornada en la vida de estos nuevos \u00abcazadores\u00bb y en la historia de la IV Brigada A\u00e9rea, limitando el numero de aeronaves visitantes de las distintas unidades de la Fuerza que pudieron realizar el cruce y dar el presente, inclusive aquella que transportaba a quienes redactan estas l\u00edneas, arribando con demora a la plataforma del Aeropuerto Internacional de Mendoza \u00abEl Plumerillo\u00bb (Gobernador Francisco Gabrielli), perdiendo la oportunidad de presenciar la tradicional y pintoresca \u00abmanteada\u00bb aplicada a los nuevos cazadores por parte de sus colegas de armas. Las alas rotativas, de la VII Brigada A\u00e9rea, por ejemplo fueron algunas de aquellas unidades que tuvieron que desistir de dar el presente, debiendo abortar en plena navegaci\u00f3n el d\u00eda anterior con una secci\u00f3n de los tradicionales RACA\/Hughes 369D\/500D y retornar a su base de asiento en la localidad de Jos\u00e9 C. Paz, Provincia de Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n<p>Otras unidades, mostrando su osad\u00eda ante el tiempo imperante, y haciendo honor al adagio que reza \u00abquien no arriesga, no gana\u00bb, decidieron probar suerte a \u00faltimo momento y lo lograron, as\u00ed fue el caso del personal de la II Brigada A\u00e9rea, haci\u00e9ndose presente con un Fokker F-27-400M Troopship del Esc. IV y llegando casi a la hora de los postres. Mar\u00eda Cecilia Rodr\u00edguez, quien participo junto al Gobernador de la provincia de la Reuni\u00f3n Regional del Consejo de Seguridad Interior, efectu\u00e1ndose la firma de un Convenio Especifico entre ambos, a fin de dotar a la misma de recursos para la lucha contra el delito.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, y como nota de color, pudimos apreciar, que esta vez, la aeronave asignada para el traslado del JEMGFAA, fue el Learjet 60 T-10, aeronave de la Fuerza que desde hace tiempo se encuentra conforme a la documentaci\u00f3n consultada y de p\u00fablico conocimiento <em>\u00abafectada al servicio exclusivo de la Presidencia de la Naci\u00f3n sin formar parte del patrimonio en custodia de la Secretaria General de la Presidencia\u00bb<\/em>.
