only civil Embraer Bandeirante"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our EMB-110P1 subject was built by Embraer at its Sao Jos\u00e9 dos Campos (S\u00e3o Paulo) in 1982 and soon found its way into the buoyant United States feeder airlines market of the early 1980s, flying initially with Florida-based <strong>Dolphin Airlines<\/strong> and then with Alaska-based <strong>Valdez Airlines<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Five years after first flight, however, it relocated South and was flown intensively by Argentine then regional airline <strong>Argentine Private Airlines (L\u00edneas A\u00e9reas privadas Argentinas, LAPA)<\/strong> for little over one year until replaced by two Swedish-built Saab 340s.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_10371\" <strong>H\u00e9ctor Suria<\/strong>, it was ferried to Argentina from S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 dos Campos (S\u00e3o Paulo) via Porto Alegre (R\u00edo Grande do Sul), Colonia (Uruguay) and Aeroparque Jorge Newbery (Buenos Aires), landing there on 12\/23\/1985.<\/p>\n<p>Accumulating 3,993:25 flight hours and 5,458 cycles at the time of its arrival, the aircraft is believed to have been incorporated into LAPA&#8217;s fleet with assistance from Embraer technician, <strong>Wladimir Monteiro Carneiro<\/strong>, who had flown into Buenos Aires with the aircraft.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_6164\" air taxi market in 1989.<\/p>\n<p>By the turn of the century, the aircraft was abandoned in State of Mato Grosso&#8217;s capital airport and eventually faded into oblivion.<\/p>\n<figure
